長田茶店さんは米子市にある1801年創業の老舗茶屋さん。創業当時から有機栽培(オーガニック)にこだわり、現在も変わらず大山産の有機抹茶などを販売されています🍵 そして隣には"エシカル和カフェ"が併設されていて、有機抹茶を使った抹茶ラテやほうじ茶、スイーツなどが販売されています！ テイクアウトはもちろんのことお店の軒先で飲食することもできます🥤 とっとり若者ミーティングとは、県政課題の解決策について多様な分野で活躍する若者が集まり、一緒に議論しながら県に提案を提出する活動で、僕は地元の鳥取県で活動する若者として、今年の7月から参加させていただいていました！ 僕たちが取り組んだテーマは「脱炭素ライフスタイルの促進」について。 アイデアの中には"ジビエシェフになろう"や"ゼロカーボン・フェス"、"脱炭素ハザードマップ"の3つを提案しました。 アーティストとして脱炭素にどう貢献できるのか、楽しみながら脱炭素に取り組むには何がいいのかを考え、僕からは脱炭素×フェスイベントとして「〜ゼロカーボン・フェス〜 "ZERO FES"」のアイデアを出し、メンバーの皆さんと話し合いました！ ZERO FESの内容として考えたのは、音楽ステージやトークイベント、ドライブインシアター、オーガニックマルシェ、エシカルファッションショーなどです。 いずれも運営に関わるエネルギーには再生可能エネルギーや自然エネルギー100%を蓄電したバッテリーを使います。 マルシェでのガスの使用や機材の搬入でかかってしまうCo2は、Jクレジットや植林団体への寄付などで相殺し、実質ゼロとなるような仕組みです。 これが世界中で一般的になれば、イベントの際に発生するCo2排出を大幅に減らし、脱炭素化につながると考えています。 ワクワクドキドキする体験やイベントが"環境問題や脱炭素を日常の一部として意識するきっかけ"となってほしいと思い、今回提案させていただきました！ 優しいメンバー、頼れる県庁の皆さんに支えられ、なんとかやり遂げることができました。有難う御座いました！！
