#rockonsocialclub のライブに行って来ました。 去年の男闘呼組の解散ライブでご一緒した @nanairo_arch ちゃんと、今回は一泊の予定で♪ 広島から来たBettyちゃんと博多駅で待ち合わせ、まずはランチで腹ごしらえ。 #抹茶カフェhachi でヘルシーランチを食し、すぐに #カフェオスピターレ でお茶タイム。 ホテルにチェックインしてすぐにサンパレスに向かうためバス停に向かったのですが、まさかの近隣でのNEWSのライブと重なっていて…簡単にバスに乗れず、なんとか着いたサンパレス。 今回は前から10列目、ほぼ真ん中と言う神席で⭐︎ 前回もだったけど今回も肉眼でしっかり見ることが出来ました！ rockonsocialclub の楽曲はもちろん、予想外に男闘呼組の楽曲もたっぷり聴くことが出来て幸せしかなかった‼︎ ライブが終わり、行きはバスで行った道のりを帰りは歩いてホテルまで。 近くの居酒屋でアルコールと焼き鳥。 これまた幸せで最高な時間。 泊まったホテルも良くて、めっちゃよく寝れた！（わたしのいびきが大丈夫だったかは聞いてない…笑） 2日目。 朝食は行って見たかった #パンとエスプレッソと博多っと へ。 朝からカフェで過ごすって、非現実過ぎてちょっと感動。 フレンチトーストもめっちゃ美味しかった♡ 2日目はカフェ&お買い物dayにしていたので、ホテルをチェックアウトしてバスで移動し薬院、天神方面へ。 まずは #bbbpotters へ。 かなり久しぶりに行ったけど、好きな空間。 ここでまさかの出会いをしたわたし。（それは最後に） ランチはBettyちゃんセレクトの #daco福岡 へ 間口が小さくてかわいいパン屋さんかと思いきや、奥行きが広くて素敵空間に驚いた！ パンは種類もたくさんあって、かわいいしこちらも美味しかった♡ 天神までの道のりは散策しながら…暑かったけど、知らない街を歩くって新鮮で楽しかった♪ 天神をぶらぶらし、帰りは地下鉄で博多駅まで。 お互い帰りの時間を合わせていたので時間まで一番最初に行っていた #抹茶カフェhachi へ…笑。 なんならもう一泊したかったよねー！って話しながら… Bettyちゃんとはずいぶん前にインスタがきっかけで知り合ったけど、大人になって出来た友達とこうゆう風に楽しいお泊まりのお出かけが出来るって思ってもなかったこと。 ほんとにほんとに楽しかった2日間。いい夏休みになりました。 ありがとう♡♡ #大人の夏休み △ △ △ さて、 B.B.B POTTERSで出会ったものは #メルカドバッグ でした！ わが家は高校生の次女がいますが、今週はインターシップと言う、企業研修？に行っています。 バイト経験がない次女は初めて社会を経験する機会。 通勤をして９時から17時までの就業時間。学校から一人と言うのがちょっと心細かったみたいだけど、部活の先輩から「就職は一人だよ！」の言葉に頑張って行っています。 インターシップが終われば、来週からはインターハイの取材に行くので夏休みはお盆辺りくらいからかな。 早朝からの雨、思っていたより降ってビックリでした！ 次女の高校は休校に、長女は一番雨のひどい中を出勤。 バスで駅まで行ったら、電車が止まっていたらしく新幹線が停車する駅までまたバスで移動。 着いたら新幹線も止まっていたと連絡があったけれど、間もなく動き出してなんとか出勤出来たみたいです。 遠距離通勤だから、こういう時は大変ですね…。 わたしはたまたまお休みだったし、次女のお弁当作りもお休みになったのでお掃除スイッチがオン！ この雨でゴミ収集も遅れていたので追加でゴミ出しも出来ました。 そしてソファー周りを夏仕様にチェンジ。 @salut_shop で購入したフリンジ付きのマルチクロスをソファーに掛けて、クッションカバーを変更。 これだけで涼しげに見えるけど、今日の蒸し暑さは半端ないです…。 △ △ △ 本格的な梅雨に入り、ジメジメした毎日が続いています。 体はダルおもだし、仕事も気が張らない。 #気圧痛 があるわたし…梅雨時期は体調がすぐれない日が多くて本当に嫌な日々です。 ただ今年は漢方の #五苓散 を飲んでるいるせいか、耳の閉塞感だけはない！（例えて言うならばトンネルに入った時とか、飛行機の離陸時とかみたいな？） 頭痛も少し緩和されている感じはあるけど、大きな低気圧が近付くとやっぱり鎮痛剤さえも効かず。 相手が気候だと体調のコントロールはなかなか難しいですよね。 冷房の冷えも気になるので、暑くてもお風呂はなるべく湯船に浸かることも心掛けてます。 今日はお休み。 最近のお休みはあまりゆっくり出来ていなかったから、今日はノーメイクでダラダラしたいと思います。 △ △ △ 台所のシンク上にあった蛍光灯。 元々ついていたものでだいぶ古かったかな…電気をつける時の紐が切れてしまいました。 主人が一度外して紐をつける予定でしたが照明自体も古く、繋がっていたコンセント部分もかなり古かったのでこのタイミングで撤去することに。 幸い別の場所にコンセントがあったので、新しい照明はクリップタイプのものにしました。 電球色にしたので温かみがあるし、以前より明るくなったような感じです。 古い家が好きで、古い家に住んで6年。 冬が寒かったりするけれど、工夫しながらの生活は悪くなく…ただただ気になっていたことは初夏に現れる #羽アリ #シロアリ 一年に一度、3日程続けて現れるのですが、専門業者さんにも飛来の可能性が高いと言われてきました。 毎年現れると、こちらとしてもなんとなく習性がわかってくるせいか年々数は少なくなっています。 そんな今日、同じ地域に長く住んでいる方から良い話し（良くはないか…笑）を聞きました。 3日程前にこの地域の方々の家にもかなり現れていたらしいです。 しかも戸建ての木造家屋ばかりでなく、団地にもバンバン入ってくるらしく！ 昔から夜は早めに室内を暗くしてる…って方もいるみたいで…笑。 住んでる場所は田舎でもなく比較的賑やかな場所ですが昔は山だったはずだし、そういうのもあるのかも…と言う話しをしました。
