Put oil in a pot and add the onion, cut against the grain into 1cm thick slices. Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Cut the chicken thighs into 8 equal pieces, season with salt①, and add to the pot. Cover with a lid, heat over medium heat until steam escapes from the gap in the lid, then reduce to very low heat and cook for 15 minutes. The RHP is just the right size for making one serving of yakisoba. It got a bit dry, though, so 😂 It might be a good idea to add vegetables with a little bit of water still on them... The misty atmosphere is lovely, and there are many small waterfalls. The air is so clean. When I open the window of the taxi to look at the town, the local Sri Lankan girls wave at me. It makes me realize that we don’t need much to be happy; happiness is right around the corner. This is why I love traveling abroad so much. I’m thoroughly enjoying Sri Lankan cuisine at 120%! 😋 Now, this recipe has absolutely nothing to do with Sri Lankan food, but… haha It’s a simple yet absolutely delightful dish. You can eat a whole head of lettuce with it. 🥬 ### Main Dish **Steamed Lettuce and Pork Shabu-shabu** **Ingredients** - Lettuce … 1 head (300g) - Chinese chives (Nira) … 1 bunch (100g) - Thinly sliced pork belly … 200g - Salt … 1 teaspoon **Instructions** 1. Cut the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Cut the Chinese chives into 3 cm lengths. Cut the pork into 5 cm lengths. 2. Place half of the lettuce in the pot, then layer the cabbage on top. Spread half of the pork, and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Layer the remaining lettuce and pork, then add the Chinese chives on top and sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of salt. 3. Cover the pot and heat over medium heat. 4. Once steam begins to rise from the bottom of the pot, reduce the heat to low and cook for 5 minutes. 5. When it's hot in the summer, I think about enjoying plenty of summer vegetables in a refreshing marinated dish 🍆, but frying is tough 💦. That's when my trusty Staub pot comes in handy—using only a small amount of oil, with short cooking times, and you can just leave it to do its thing✨. Even with just a little oil, the eggplant becomes nice and tender. The reason I'm saying this is that the other day I tried making marinated vegetables the proper way by frying them, but it made a mess around the stove, and I had to use a lot of oil. I'm so used to my Staub that I realized I’m just not cut out for regular cooking anymore 🤣. Since all you need to do is toss everything in and heat it up, the recipe is super easy✨. **Eggplant Nam Pla Marinade Style** (A) - Eggplant (cut into 1cm thick rounds) ... 3 pieces (300g) - Cherry tomatoes (cut in half lengthwise) ... 10 pieces - Fish sauce ... 1 tablespoon - Olive oil ... 2 teaspoons - Celery (if available, sliced thinly on the diagonal) ... 1/2 stalk **Instructions:** 1. Add olive oil and ingredients from (A) to a pot in order, cover with a lid, and heat over medium heat. Once steam starts to escape from the gap in the lid, reduce the heat to very low and cook for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat, stir once, and let it sit covered for 5 minutes. I also always have canned tuna 🐟. Fish cooks quickly, so the cooking time is short, making it a perfect ingredient for hot summer days. When using tomato paste, the dish doesn’t become watery, and the concentrated tomato flavor clings to the vegetables and mackerel, making for a truly delicious dish. Grilling fish can be a messy affair 💦 but using Mr. Staub makes it plump and easy to clean up. Just lay down an oven sheet and grill it swiftly. I used an oval hot plate, but a 20 cm round one would work just as well. 🆗 Here's the English translation of the grilled mackerel recipe: --- **Grilled Mackerel** Simply lay down an oven sheet and grill. The fish comes out plump and the cleanup is a breeze! **Ingredients** For 2 servings: - Mackerel..........2 pieces **Instructions**: 1. Line a pot with an oven sheet. 2. Place the mackerel skin side down, set to medium heat, and cover (make sure the oven sheet doesn’t catch fire by tucking it inside the pot). 3. Grill until the skin browns, about 5 minutes, then turn to very low heat and cook for another 5 minutes. 【ストウブレシピ　鶏胸肉の塩親子煮　staub recipe Salted Simmered Chicken Breast with Eggs】こんにちは😃大橋です。リール頑張る月間💪 みんなの夏休みのチカラになれますように💪✨ わたしもかつて子供が小さかった頃夏休み〜3食作るんかーい！地獄〜って思ってました笑鶏むね1枚あればサッとできるのでお昼ご飯にもピッタリ！ストウブくんが鶏胸肉を柔らかくしてくれますよ☺️ ### 材料 2〜3人分鶏むね肉（皮を除いて5mmの削ぎ切りにし、Aをまぶす）･･･1枚(300g) A塩･･･小さじ1/2 片栗粉･･･大さじ1 しめじ（ほぐす）･･･1パック(100g) B玉ねぎ･･･1個（1cm幅）酒、みりん･･･各大さじ2 卵･･･2個万能ねぎ（小口切り）･･･各適量 — ### 作り方 1. 鍋に玉ねぎ、鶏肉（広げて）しめじ、Bの順に入れる。ふたなしで中火にかけ、煮立ったらふたをする。 2. ふたの隙間から蒸気が出たら極弱火で3分加熱し、ひと混ぜして卵を加え、火を止めふたをして3分おく。万能ねぎをちらす。作ったら　#はるひごはんストウブレシピ　#haruhigohanstaubrecipe のハッシュタグを付けてくれたら嬉しいなぁ #はるひごはん　#大橋由香　#ストウブ　#staub #ストウブ料理　#ストウブレシピ　#はるひごはんオンライン　#ストウブ鍋　#料理レシピ　#料理　#レシピ — Hello 😃 This is Haruhi Ohashi. I remember when my kids were small, thinking during summer vacation— Three meals a day, really?! It was hell 😆 With just one chicken breast, you can whip something up quickly, perfect for lunch! My trusty Staub pot makes the chicken breast tender ☺️ — ### Ingredients Serves 2-3 - Chicken breast (remove skin and cut into 5mm thin slices, coat with mixture A) - 1 piece (300g) **A:** - Salt - 1/2 teaspoon - Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon - Shimeji mushrooms (separated) - 1 pack (100g) **B:** - Onion - 1 (cut into 1cm wide pieces) - Sake and mirin - 2 tablespoons each - Eggs - 2 - Green onions (chopped) - as needed — ### Instructions 1. In a pot, layer the onions, chicken (spread out), and shimeji mushrooms in the order listed under B. Cook over medium heat without a lid until it starts boiling, then cover with a lid. 2. Once steam starts to escape from under the lid, reduce heat to very low and cook for 3 minutes. Stir once, then add the eggs, turn off the heat, and cover; let sit for 3 minutes. 【スナックはるひ次回は8/16】おはようございます🌞大橋です。昨日はスナックはるひ楽し過ぎた🥹 前回頑張り過ぎたのであれこれやりすぎず、18時開店でスタートに誰も来なかったのであれ？ヒマかな？と紫陽花の剪定をして遊んでたら続々とお客様に来ていただきあっという間に満席🈵 最近めっちゃ一緒にいるマリナ @mari.chibimaru は息ピッタリで何しろ自分たちが楽しもうね〜♡とゆるりと飲みながら🍺 お客様にいただいたメロンは🍈マスカルポーネ生ハムメロン定番の豚のテリーヌと馬ボロネーゼのタリアテッレ打ち上げでご近所のバーへ✨ @bar_f_0412 （店長さんの受け答えが神すぎて通ってしまいそうな予感）途中オテロのミッキーも来て　@otello_atsugi 楽し過ぎた🥹 昨日すごく良い話をお客様から聞けた。まずチャットGPTの話。うまく使っていこう。あと、日本人的思考はわたしにはやっぱり合ってないと思うというのもそう考える時ってとても苦しい。地味に同じことをやり続けて努力した者だけが利益を生む、みたいな昭和な考えはもう古いみたい。うまく波にのって軽やかに生きて行きたいしそれができるような気がする✈️ 新しい出会いと今を大切にしながら、絶対に楽しく生きていこうと決めた夜なのでありました。次回スナックは8/16 金曜日📝18:00-23:00 ツキイチなのにたくさんのお客様に来ていただき感謝🥲 ご縁が繋がるようなそんな空間にしたい☺️ #スナックはるひ　#はるひごはん　#大橋由香　#本厚木　#本厚木グルメ　#本厚木ディナー【Next Snack Haruhi Event on 8/16】 Good morning! This is Ohashi. Yesterday’s Snack Haruhi was way too fun 🥹 Since we overdid it last time, we decided to take it easy, opening at 6 PM. At first, no one showed up, so I thought it might be a slow night and started pruning hydrangeas for fun. But then, customers started arriving one after another, and before we knew it, the place was full 🈵 Lately, I’ve been spending a lot of time with Marina (@mari.chibimaru), and we’re perfectly in sync. We decided to enjoy ourselves and drink casually 🍺 We served melon with mascarpone and prosciutto, the usual pork terrine, and tagliatelle with horse Bolognese, all gifts from our customers. Also, I realized that the typical Japanese way of thinking doesn’t suit me. It feels very painful when I try to fit into that mindset. The old-fashioned idea that only those who quietly and continuously work hard reap the benefits seems outdated. I want to ride the waves smoothly and live lightly, and I feel like I can do that ✈️ It was a night where I decided to cherish new encounters and the present moment, and to live joyfully no matter what. Next Snack Haruhi event is on 8/16, Friday 📝 18:00-23:00 I’m grateful to the many customers who come even though it’s a monthly event 🥲 I want to create a space where connections are made ☺️

おはようございます🌞タイはバンコクに来ています！昔ちょびっとだけ住んでたタイ。タイでタイ料理を食べまくるという今回のテーマ屋台飯も恐れず食べてるよっしかしバンコク、都会すぎ。。その中でも屋台行ったりカオスな道歩いたりバイタク使ってみたり刺激を求める刺激依存性🤣 前半はタイ語ベラベラ食いしん坊のエリちゃんにアテンドしてもらいました！（市場の様子は　@haruhigohanonline2 のライブにて！）マーケットは週末だけの所も多いのでバンコク観光するなら土日含めるのがオススメ。クローンラットマヨム水上マーケット楽しかった！！！買い食いしまくって先に進めない笑そのあと有名なチャトチャック市場も。お買い物天国だった✨器はリュックに入れて持って帰る〜タイ料理とひとくくりにしていたけど日本でも九州料理屋さんにジンギスカンがないみたいに、専門店になっている。カオマンガイは朝食べるものだよーとか色々知らないことたくさん。イサーン地方の食堂に明日は行く予定😋 メモ📝 チャトチャック市場の横にあるトムヤム屋　ヤムジェーウーンカオマンガイ　スイヘンカオヤム　南タイ料理屋さんカオジャオ #バンコク　#はるひごはん　#はるひ店主旅　#バンコク旅行
