お弁当やサンドイッチを作って 外で食べるのって、いつもより美味しく感じますよね。 今回は高タンパクで脂肪分が少なく、 髪のケラチン生成をサポートする鶏むね肉を使った 手作りサルシッチャのレシピをご紹介いたします。 そのまま食べても美味しく、パンに挟んでも◎。 【材料】（約4～6本分） ・鶏むね肉(皮なし)300g ・ほうれん草 （みじん切り、軽く茹でて水気を絞ったもの)50g ・オリーブオイル 大さじ1 〈調味料〉 ・ローズマリー(みじん切り)小さじ1 ・ニンニク（すりおろし）1片 ・塩 小さじ1 ・黒こしょう 少々 ①鶏むね肉をフードプロセッサーでミンチ状にする。 (フードプロセッサーがない場合は包丁で細かくたたく。) ②ミンチに、軽く茹でてみじん切りにしたほうれん草、 〈調味料〉を加えてしっかり混ぜる。 ③ラップでソーセージの形に包み、 両端をねじって固定する。
