何も気にせず言いたいことを言っていたら、どれだけカットしても3分に収まらず、、、下記、非常に長い補足説明をしております。現行のデニムにおけるリプロダクト的な視点でもありますので、もしご興味がありましたら読んでいただきたいです。 特徴②セルヴィッジ セルヴィッジデニムはシャトル式織機という昔ながらの織機でしか織れません。耳付き=古いデニムというご認識でお間違いないのですが、織っている機械もヴィンテージ仕様だということを知っていただければ幸いです(^o^) 特徴③突然出現する長いムラ 紡績機の精度が低いがゆえに、ヴィンテージのデニムにはしばしばこういった長いムラが出現します。織りによる組織不良や染めによるムラなどでもタテ方向に筋が走ることがありますが、こちらは糸要因なので、ふとフェードアウトするように消えていくところがニクいポイントですね(^^)/ 特徴④、⑤ ムラはあまり強くない、短い ヴィンテージデニムのリプロダクト系のジーンズは往々にしてムラが強い目になっている印象がありますが、オリジナルのヴィンテージデニムのムラは案外強くなく、特筆すべきはその短さにあります(現行のデニムでは短く、かつ一定の強さを保ったムラを再現することが非常に難しい)。 ただ、突然強いムラ、長いムラが現れたりすることもあり、ムラの強弱、長短のばらつきが大きいことも重要なポイントです。 ムラの長さ短さ、強さ弱さについては過去の投稿を遡っていただけますと幸いです(6本くらいあります🔥) 特徴⑥つぶつぶ感 このつぶつぶ感を再現するために現行のデニムでは、織機の設定を工夫し、生地に凹凸感を持たせる(タテ糸の曲がりを大きくする)ことで粒状のアタリを出したり、 タテ糸に粒状のムラがあるネップ糸や、あえてきょう雑物(葉カスなど)が多い綿から作った糸を使用することでつぶつぶ感を再現します。 シャンブレー、デニム、どちらも、染められたタテ糸に、未染色のヨコ糸が織り込まれている生地ですが、2つの生地の違いは織り方です。 シャンブレーは平織、デニムは綾織で織られています。 タテ糸に注目して、ヨコ糸との交差の頻度を観察してもらえれば平織と綾織の違いが分かります。 平織…タテ糸がヨコ糸1本の上を通った後、ヨコ糸1本の下を通っている。
