昨日は18日から始まった建方現場へ行ってきました。 場所は札幌市内中心部。11階建のオフィスやテナントが入る予定のビルです。 札幌市内は雪もほとんどなく建方は順調に進んでいます。 雪が少ないとはいえマイナスの気温の中の建方現場で作業をされている方々には頭が下がります。 新しく実習生2名が入社しました。当社4期生です。 写真左がリーさん、右がホアさん。 リーさんはベトナムのバクサン出身の21歳。ベトナムではエアコンを組み立てる仕事に従事していたそうです。 ホアさんはベトナムのドンタップ出身の19歳。ベトナムでは魚を取り扱う会社で働いていたそうです。 2人ともベトナムに鉄工所を作ることを目標にしています。 実習生が手紙を書いてきてくれました。
