久しぶりの投稿です。 新入社員の2人を紹介します。 1〜３枚目は3月に入社したMさん。 Mさんは前職でも溶接の仕事にも携わっていたようです。細かな部品を扱う仕事をしていたので、物の大きさに戸惑いつつも早く鉄骨の溶接ができるようになりたいと話していました。 4〜５枚目は4月に入社したTさん。 Tさんはこの春高校を卒業したばかり。高校でも機械や電気技術、溶接なども学んできたそうです。 12月26日月曜日 ベトナム人実習生 ハインさんとフンさんの修了式を行いました。 3年間の実習生活を終えて、昨日帰国の途に就きました。 ハインさんは一次加工班として切断や孔明け、開先加工などを担当、フンさんは溶接を担当していました。 いつも明るくて努力家の二人。 修了式でそれぞれ3年間の思いを話してくれました。 家族と離れて異国の地に来て不安や寂しさも多々あったと思いますが3年間頑張りました。
