Once again, Japan’s top baristas and bartenders assembled in Shibuya and welcomed many guests from all over Japan. Dozens of coffee cocktails and mocktails were served at eight different venues during the event. Every barista & bartender came up with exquisite drinks to match their theme, blending not only beans from a variety of regions but also unique berries and flowers. Thankfully (and unfortunately for some guests), certain cocktails and food were sold out at the early stage of the event. The Master Class program was full of interesting contents presented by the masters in their field. It was a pleasure to see the expressions of delight on the faces of the guests who enjoyed the talks, tastings, and demonstrations. Not to mention, the after-party surely got groovy as our amazing DJs kept the party rocking!!! Now that the border is officially open, we were honoured to meet several people from diverse countries and regions who could not attend last year’s SG Coffee Summit and this June’s SG Cocktail Summit due to travel restrictions.
