私は幼い頃からクラシック音楽が身近にある環境で育ち、音楽教室を主宰したり教育の現場に携わったり舞台活動をしたりと、その時その時で自分自身の「表現」の場を模索しながら生きてきました。 そしてその中で心と身体のバランスを崩した時期もあり、運命的に出逢ったのがこのシンギングボウルでした。 掌から伝わるシンギングボウルの音と振動が、私の心を安定させてくれるなくてはならない大切な存在だと確信した時、これだ！と様々なことへの迷いと不安がすーっと消えたその感覚を、昨日のことのように覚えています。 そして見つけたタカシ先生の演奏会。 やっぱりこの先生から学びたい！と受講を申し込みましたが、家庭の事情もありすぐには実現せず、2年越しの受講となりました。 タカシ先生のお人柄とその佇まい、シンギングボウルに真摯に向き合われるお姿に、受講できなかった間も気持ちがぶれることはありませんでしたが、私自身の覚悟という点においては、なるべくして2年越しだったのかなと感じています。 講座が始まってみると、楽しくて楽しくて仕方がない(^^) 毎回駅からお宅までの道がワクワクでした。 まずは先生が実践してくださり、私自身が体感し、そのセラピーの本質を知る。 自分の身体を通して感じるからこそ、自分の実践時間ではその感覚を研ぎ澄ませて学びを深めることができました。 タカシ先生とシェアしながら、丁寧に確認作業をして頂けたのもありがたかったです。 そして卒業試験、多少の緊張もありながら、音に対する無条件の信頼と学んだ感覚を頼りに、私なりに丁寧に実践できたかなと感じています。 back from mountain training⛰️ 出羽三山の修行、秋の峰から帰ってきました。 今年は猛暑の中での修行となりました。 月山、羽黒山、湯殿山と水不足のため、 月山頂上にある古屋や社務所などが営業できなかったとのこと。 水の大切さが身に染みました。 一方で過去は雨の影響で行けなかった拝所に 晴れが続いたおかげで行くことができたりもしました。 しかし極度の暑さで水が切れ脱水の状態に。 わずかな湧き水に救われ、 ここでも水の有り難さを身をもって感じました。 日照りの影響で庄内のだだちゃ豆は例年より実が太らず、 新潟では田んぼが枯れてきています。 全国の雨、水が循環することを切に願っています。 コロナの影響が明けた最初の年ということで峰入りできる人数は例年の半分だったため、 今までにない難問もありました。 仲間たちと助け合い、 small bowls🥣 今回は特別にベリースモールサイズ（直径9cm〜）のボウルを入荷することができました。 このサイズのハンドメイドのボウルは製作段階で非常に壊れやすく、期間も要するため、なかなか入手できません。 その上良質なサウンドでなければ仕入れないので、希少性の高いものになります。 音色はハイトーンで透き通っており、重ねると美しい響きをどんどん広げていきます。 初日にタカシさんのセラピーを初めて体感させていただいたのですが、身体だけでなく心が軽くなる感覚があり、心身の深い部分が緩んでいくのが分かりました。 シンギングボウルの波動と倍音の不思議なチカラに完全に魅力されてしまいました。 毎回、講座は伝統的なセラピーをまず実際に自分が体感してから、ご指導していただいたので身体にも頭にもセラピーが入りやすかったです。 Gassan Worship Climb⛰️ 講中の皆様、 3日間大変お疲れ様でした。 本当にありがとうございました。 お世話人の皆様、ありがとうございました。 入念な準備のおかげで講としての登拝が実現し、感無量です。 仙台から駆け付けてくれた副先達の渡邊祐太氏にも感謝です。 梅雨明け直前の荒れた天候の中、無事に下山できたことは、 皆様のお力と出羽三山の大神様のご加護のお陰です。 ------ 初日は羽黒山の石段を登り 三神合祭殿にて太々神楽。 舞もあり、祭殿の扉を特別に開けてのご祈祷と贅沢な時間。 二日目は月山登拝。 大聖坊で勤行後に出発。 雨、雨で禊が続く。 大雨になる前になんとか頂上小屋に到着。 冷え切った身体に小屋のストーブがありがたく、暖かく過ごすことができた。 山頂は幸いにも日の入りと日の出の瞬間だけ一時的に雨が止む。 三日目は白い霧の中にピンクがかった太陽を感じながらの勤行を宮部さんがカメラに収めてくれた。 そして月山を下山し湯殿山へ参拝。 勤行中に眩しい太陽の光を体で感じ、梅雨明けとなる。 今年閉館してしまう田麦荘にて直会。 食事をしながら月山全体を眺められる素晴らしいロケーション。 歩いてきた場所を指差して案内してくださる田麦荘スタッフ。 一つ一つが最初で最後の経験。 Report Of The Singing Bowl Training Class🥣 シンギングボウルとの出会いは4年前タイにて。 シンギングボウルが何なのか知らないままセッションに参加しました。 はじまると「なんだこれは…」と言葉にできない感覚に包まれました。 全身の細部に波動が伝わり、日常で耳にする音とは別次元で広大に響き渡る音の空間に身体を浸しているような感覚。 帰国後も学びたいけど海外へ行くことができない状況に。 そんな時に日本で伝授されている石井先生を見つけてご連絡させていただきました。 授業はワンツーマンで先生のセラピーを実際に体験しながら学ぶことができ、毎回リラックスして授業を終えることができました。 セラピーの方法だけでなく、ネパールの歴史や文化のお話を聞けたこともよかったです。 今回の学びの時間は私のシンギングボウルの第一歩となりました。 Solstice Concert @ Mandala Museum🥣 6月21日の夏至、 『夢幻妙音 ~夏至祭~ 浄化と祈りの演奏』@曼荼羅美術館にお越しいただいた皆様、 どうもありがとうございました！ 平日にもかかわらずお陰様で35名の満員御礼となり、 急遽ご用意した当日券でご入場頂いた方もいらっしゃったそうです。 このイベントの主催者はシンギングボウルセラピスト養成講座を卒業された雅さん。 様々な課題をクリアして、イベントを成功させたそのご手腕に感服すると共に感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。 初めてお会いする方も多かったですが、 3年ぶり、4年ぶり、5年ぶりのお客様にもお会いできて嬉しかったです。 長かった流行病の自粛期間が明けたことを実感しました。 この幸せな思いと祈りを一音一音に込めて演奏させていただきました。 オープニングを飾った雅さんのシンギングボウル演奏は、 静けさの中、優しく丁寧な音で、 奥にいた僕にも暖かく響き、瞑想状態に導かれました。 大勢の方々の前での演奏は初めてとは思えない落ち着いた、心のこもった一音一音に感動しました。 主催、出演と本当にお疲れ様でした。 @miyavi_art 2番手のクリスタルボウル演奏者のAMIGAさんは、 ボディワーク、簡単なヨガから入り、 心身リラックスしたところで演奏に入られました。 音が気持ちよく、お客様の寝息も聞こえるほど。 お腹が痛いのが治ったというお子さんもいらっしゃいました。 素敵な演奏をありがとうございました。 @djamiga 最後に僕が演奏させて頂きました。 曼荼羅美術館で演奏するのは約5年ぶりですが、相変わらず音の響きが良く、エネルギーも高い場所。世界に類を見ない曼荼羅の数々に囲まれながら演奏させて頂くのはこの上ない幸せでした。 荻窪スタジオでの演奏会と異なり、時間も短かったため、お一人ずつにボウルを載せるなどのセラピーはご提供できませんでしたが、ゆっくりして頂けたのであれば嬉しいです。 最後は顔出しOKのお客様と記念撮影。 最高の笑顔で終えることができました。 場所をご提供くださった観蔵院 曼荼羅美術館 さんの皆さま、 本当にありがとうございました。 スタッフの皆様、 長時間のサポートに感謝いたします。 茨城在住のシンギングボウルセラピスト養成講座の卒業生にも再会することができて幸せな時間でした。 イベント当日は雲ひとつない晴天。 前日からとてもパワフルな満月が空を照らしていました。 演奏後はキラキラした笑顔の溢れる時間に。 皆様からのご感想も心温まりました。 特別に場所を提供してくださった、 グレイスタイルカフェの淳子さんに感謝を申し上げます。 淳子さんのお手製スムージーが最高に美味しく、 実は石井タカシ先生とは以前から友人ではあったのですが、やりとりの少ない時期をはさみ、先生がこのような活動をされていると知ったのはずいぶん経ってからです。 波動による癒しと浄化、その感覚を味わい、セラピストになると決めてからもこの講座を受けるまでにさまざまなプロセスを経てきましたが、会社を退職するタイミングでこちらの講座で学び始めることになりました。 私は曼陀羅・チャネリングアーティスト、画家などをメインとして日頃は活動をしていますが、シンギングボウルの講座を受講し深く触れるに従い、描く絵やエネルギーにも日々変化が起きていることを実感しています。 講座では、シンギングボウルの歴史や理論はもちろん、基本的な鳴らし方を始め、約500年以上前から受け継がれているセラピーや最新のセラピー技法、その他にもたくさんの演奏技術を伝授いただきました。 ネパールで正統なハンドメイドのシンギングボウルを作るサンタ・ラトナ・シャキア氏から受継いだ技術と、セラピストとしてのマインドについても丁寧にご指導くださいました。 先生がセラピーに向き合う姿勢を見て感じたのは、シンギングボウルへの信頼と受け継いだ技術への高い誇りです。 最高のセラピーをお客様にご提供するための、セラピストとしての姿勢に深く感銘を受けました。 個人的なことですが、曼陀羅アートとシンギングボウルとの相性はとても良いようで、高い相乗効果を感じます。お客様にセラピーをご提供させていただくことで、エネルギー循環が起こり私自身も深く癒やされ浄化されています。経験をしていく度に奥深さを感じる日々です。 講座は無事に修了しましたが、まだまだ私の自己の探求と修行は続きます。 今後ともどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。 雅 -Miyavi- Shrine Yamabushi training⛰️ 茨城の御岩神社注連縄奉納講、御岩山登拝 皆様無事に満行！ ご参加された皆様、 助手、スタッフの皆様、 そして御岩神社の皆様、 大変お世話になりました。 今年もありがとうございました。 今回は初参加の方も多く、 総勢23名での登拝となりました。 今年は登拝の約1か月前に初めて田植えに参加し、 実際に奉納する注連縄の制作にも参加させて頂きました。 ご指導をいただいた岸さんに感謝です。 そんな経験から今回の講の登拝は、 さらに身が締まる思いで祈りに集中する事ができました。 五穀豊穣の祈りには今までとは違う感覚がありました。 登拝後は自分も含めて全員が最高な笑顔で直会へ。 皆様の素敵なご感想が、 とても素晴らしく、愉快で楽しく、そして感動的な時間でした。 初めて祈りながら登った。素晴らしい経験だった 毎年ここに参加することが自分の目標だったり健康診断になっている 毎年身体が軽くなって若返っているかも 神仏習合の祈りを体験して感動した 法螺貝の響きに背中を押してもらった ずっと幸せな思いでいっぱいだった などなど書ききれず、、、 感謝で胸がいっぱいです。 さて いよいよ来月は注連縄奉納講の御一行と共に大聖坊、出羽三山登拝を予定しています。 お導きくださった星野大先達に感謝いたします。
