On view at JPS Gallery's Tokyo space, the artist's upcoming solo exhibition "From the cutting board to the bottom of a stomach" marks her most groundbreaking showcase to date. Fujikawa transforms the gallery into a metaphorical dining room, serving up a visual and intellectual banquet of paintings, ceramic pieces, and an interactive installation centred around the theme of 'food'. She presents 'food' not just as a sustenance for the body but as a metaphor for how we consume and digest information in our daily lives.
