#富士山マラソンアンバサダー前夜祭📸編集勉強等で投稿遅くなりました🙏1年ぶりの再会🫂Memories from Japan 🗾 At the pre-race event for the Fuji Marathon, I gave a short greeting on stage, using a bit of English! It took a lot of courage, but even with my poor English, I was happy to take that first step. It was so nice to see everyone again after a year. I want to talk to more people, so I’ll keep working hard on my English. I can’t believe my 8-week stay in Japan is now down to just 7 days. When I first arrived, I was surprised at how much I had got used to life in London. I even felt more at home there than in Japan! But now, I feel a bit sad to leave Japan again. Still, my home in London, where my family is, feels the best. I’ve made friends and found my favourite places to run there too. It’s strange to go between two places, but this trip made me realise how much I like both. I’ll keep sharing through my podcast, Instagram, and hopefully YouTube soon! I hope you’ll cheer me on as I keep our connections important. Tsukuba is one of the best 100 mountains in Japan, and is known as the lowest of the 100 mountains. Mt.Tsukuba has two peaks⛰️ 📍the east peak is Mt. Nyotai(Nyotai-san) at 877 m, 📍and the west is Mt. Nantai(Nantai-san) at 871m above sea level. Rainy Mount Tsukuba was very quiet! Safety came first, and I learned useful ways to go up and down, which will help in races and training. I also learned a lot from top runners about using amino acids and recovery methods.

10km Early morning trailrun⛰️My sooo fave mountain back home! Woke up at 3:30 a.m. to go for a run with my old school friends. I've run this path so many times, so even a week after my 100km run, my legs could still keep going! (Well, I walked some of it！ :) I’m slowly getting used to life in Japan, but I still miss London sometimes and English slips out now and then. About 🗣️Chapter25🔛 Running in London still feels a bit new, but the scenery is really special. It’s strange to suddenly have London as my everyday view. But now that I feel at home in my London place, I sometimes miss Japan. Yet, I’m happy to feel London becoming more familiar. ⛰️Mt.Adatara🥾11.93km 5:01′20″🍁I still felt the tiredness from my 100km run, but I took a trip to Mt. Adatara five days later! The autumn leaves were beautiful. I was so happy to visit a new place with very nice friends! I tightened my braces wire after returning to Japan, so I ate my udon very slowly, haha. I want to say thank you to my friends! 📍Mt.Adatara ⛰️1,700m 🍲杉野屋(市民交流センター)焼きそばが人気。歯のワイヤー事情でうどんにしましたが、多分手打ち！repeatしたい！ 📍Fukushima Prefecture, Japan. several areas, primarily within Nihonmatsu City.Parts of it also stretch into areas near Fukushima City and Koriyama City.

📍 Mer de Glace❄️☃️One reason to visit Mer de Glace in Chamonix is the natural ice caves! HOW TO GET THERE❓ Take the Montenvers Mer de Glace train from Chamonix🇫🇷You will have to walk a lot, but it is totally worth it!I will show more of the inside in the next video! @yuri1229 ⛰️🥾❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️ 📍メール•ド•グラスモンタンヴェール登山鉄道モンタンヴェール駅から少し歩いたところにこの氷河トンネルがあります。近年地球温暖化の影響で少しずつ後退して、数十年後には見られなくなる可能性もあるそう。Mont Blanc展望台にも行ける🎫一日券で散策しました！(MONT BLANC MultiPass)冬は雪景色だそう！
