青灰色の付下げに、実はかなりお気に入りのグラフィックデザイン風の七宝繋ぎ柄の洒落袋帯。 このコーデ好き… 今日は特に寒かったですね。 11月に襟巻きは大袈裟かと家に置いてきたことを後悔。 さて、着物を楽しんでおりますとこんな質問をいただく事がございます。 【質問1】 お着物ってどのくらいの回数練習すれば着られるようになるんですか？ 【質問2】 お着物って一度着られるようになったら忘れないでしょ？ こういう質問はどう答えようか、少し悩みます。 特に【質問1】はその人の目標次第で回答が変わってくるんじゃないかなぁ、と。 目標が「とりあえず一回着物で外出してみる」だけなら、短期間で10回〜20回くらい練習すれば達成できると思います。 でも、そこまで頑張れたら目標ってそこで止まらないのではないか、と思うんですよね。 ⚫︎細部までピシッと着たい ⚫︎体型のコンプレックスを隠したい ⚫︎︎髪をもっとちゃんとしてみたい ⚫︎小慣れた感じで着てみたい ⚫︎どの着物でも安定した着付ができるようになりたい ⚫︎時短で着付けたい ⚫︎着物を着ている時の所作を美しくしたい ⚫︎大人の女性の雰囲気を出したい ⚫︎外出の途中で襟を美しく直したい ⚫︎半衿の縫い付けを手早くできるようになりたい ⚫︎小物でお洒落なコーデを楽しみたい… と、やりたい事や目標は後からどんどん増えるから「私の着物、もうこれでOK！」となることは全然なくて、今も課題山積。 だからまだまだ勉強中。 こんな私ですが、「着物を楽しむ為にこれは間違いない」と思っている事をお伝えすると ⚫︎とにかく回数着る ⚫︎なるべく頻繁に着て外出 ⚫︎体型別のお悩みはネットて調べまくる ⚫︎着物上級者に、使用している着付小物を具体的に教えてもらう(これ大事) ⚫︎セルフヘアセットは練習あるのみ…！ ⚫︎コーデの幅は帯揚げと帯締めが広げてくれる ⚫︎センス皆無でもカラーの勉強をするとコーデが楽しくなる！ 私は他の人より特に体型とか髪質の悩みとかいろいろあるので今も苦労していますけど、 人によっては苦労なくサラーっと上級者のように着られるようになっちゃう人はいるのかもしれません。 だから【1】の質問の答えってやはり難しいですよね。 また、 【質問2】 今日は紫の付下げに黒系の洒落袋帯にしました。 帯の柄はミミズクと馬が入っていてよく見ると可愛らしいのですが、黒✖️金の全体的には落ち着いた色味でどんな色にでも合わせやすい良い帯です。 小物はピンクベージュの帯揚げと紫の帯締めです。 11月ももうすぐ終わりで、あっという間に12月になりそうですね。 今日は茶道関係のお手伝いの後に「小網神社」というパワースポットとして有名な神社に参拝に行ってまいりました。 とても小ぶりな神社ながら、参拝客は長蛇の列という異様な光景… 自分の参拝の順番が近づくと、自分より前の人達が祈る後ろ姿を見ることになるわけですが、 皆さん真剣に祈っていらっしゃる様子が伝わります。 こういった参拝は神様からの力強いお導きもございましょうが、 青緑の小紋に黒の鼓柄の名古屋帯。 この帯は柄も色もとても気に入っているけど関西巻き…苦手… 帯揚げは灰色と紺を左右ニ色だして、帯締めは金。今日はカジュアルにしたい気分でした。 さて、何年か前にテレビで見た林修先生のお話を。 林修先生がテレビ番組でこんな質問に答えていました。 「なぜ学校の授業には受験勉強に関係のない音楽や美術の科目があるのですか？」 林先生はこんな風に答えていました。 「余裕ってね、とても大事なんです。 例えば自転車のタイヤの幅って4cmくらいじゃないですか。 じゃあ、自転車が走る為の道路として幅4cmだけ確保してあれば普通に走れるかって言ったら、 そんなことないじゃないですか。 必要ではない余裕の幅があるからこそ、安全に走れるし、心のゆとりを持って進むことができる。 学校で受験科目以外の教科の時間があるのは心の余裕を育てる為です。 」 という風に答えていました。 今私の頭をいっぱいにしている着物もお茶も「あなたが生活する為に必要か」と問われれば、必要ないです。 でも、生活するのに必要がないからと言って私に不要かと言ったらそんなことはなくて、心を支えているという点では欠かせないものだと思っています。 本日は焦げ茶の付下げと色味は落ち着きがありますが華やかな袋帯。 帯揚げは白にして爽やかさを差し込みつつ、帯締めは茶色。 全体的には渋めのコーデでしょうか… 着物にハマり始めた頃は、洋服では到底選ばないような華やかな色や柄、豪華な雰囲気が好きだと思っていたのですが、 最近は渋い色の持つどっしりと落ち着いた雰囲気にも魅力を感じるようになりました。 さて、今日は帯飾りをしております。 最近とても気に入って色違いで黒・ベージュ・シルバーの三色を購入した帯飾り。 (画像一枚目：黒 二枚目：ベージュ) @ayumi.kimura_ さんのショップ (@laboayu_kmr )で購入♡ 帯飾りって帯を傷つけないのだろうか…と昔から余計な心配をしていたのですが、 タッセルなら別に問題ないな、と。 届いたら想像通りどころか想像以上に可愛いかった… 可愛い小物に年甲斐もなくキュンとします… 今日はクリーム色の付下げとこちらの帯。 今日は絶対この着物とこの帯にしようと思っていたので、今日の候補は小物だけチェンジで検討を終わりにして、選んだのは紫の帯揚げと焦げ茶の帯締めです。 このコーデ好き… さて、着物を着るようになって自分の中で価値観がガラッと変わったと思っていることがあるのでそのお話をしたいのですが、 それは自分の中の「加齢に対する価値観」。 20代の頃は、自分の容姿がいずれ今より必ず衰える事や、それによって自分の行動が消極的になるのではないか、人生を楽しめなくなるのではないかと、 そんな事が漠然と怖くて、年齢を重ねるということは自分にとってマイナスなことであると考えていました。 ちょうどそんな微妙な年齢の頃に着物に沼って気がついたのは、 多少太っても、脚が太くなっても、着物ならあまりバレないこと(！)や、 髪を盛ったり襟合わせを変えたりするとコンプレックスである体型も結構カバーできてしまう事。 着物の中での容姿の衰えって、洋服での生活よりインパクトが小さいのではないかと考えています。 それに気がついたら、自分がこれから重ねていく年齢について徐々にポジティブに考えられるようになったんです。 着物というものは、若い女性には若い女性の、年齢を重ねた女性には年齢を重ねた女性特有の醸し出す雰囲気や色気というのがどちらにもあると思っています。 初々しい着姿、少し落ち着いた雰囲気の着姿、経験を重ねたことによる自信に裏打ちされた凛とした着姿… 着こなしというのはいろいろありますけど、 着姿における「粋」というものはそれぞれの年代ごとに違うと思っています。 (※個人の感想です) 10年前の自分に戻ることはできないけれど、10年前の私に出せなかった雰囲気を今の私は持っているだろうし、今は無理だけど10年後の自分には出せる雰囲気というのも、きっとあるのだろうと思います。 なので、私は今の年齢ならではの着物の楽しみ方をしたいし、 「もっと年齢を重ねたら、あんな雰囲気の着物を着こなせるようになりたい」という未来への憧れもあったりします。 歳を重ねる事を憂鬱に感じていた20代の頃と違う気持ちになれたというのは 着物を着るようになって得られた大きなメリットだと思っています。 以前、ある女性タレントさんが「可愛いおばあちゃんになるのが夢♡」と言っていて全くピンとこないと思っていたけれど、 今は私もめちゃくちゃ着物をかっこよく着こなす背筋の伸びたお婆さんになるのが夢かな。 本当に着物を着ていて気持ちの良い季節になりました。 今日の着物は、暗めの青灰紫の付下げと袋帯。 小物はクリーム✖️紫の二色暈しの帯揚げと、薄紫の帯締めです。 このコーデ好き…😍 今日は、『何かを覚える為に必要な回数』のお話。 私が茶道を始めると決めたのは、先生や先輩方の優雅なお点前の姿に魅了されたからでした。 「自分もこんな風にお点前ができるようになったら素敵だな」とワクワクしたのをよく覚えています。 ところが、茶道のお稽古に通うようになって、気がついたのです。 「茶道って、なんて覚えることが多いのだろう」と… お点前の全ての手順は決まっていて、その上月ごとに使うお道具が替るというではありませんか… おまけに夏・冬でお釜の位置、座る向きも替わるという初心者殺し仕様。 しかも、お茶室の中でメモをとるのは原則禁止。 YouTubeでお点前の動画はたくさん存在するものの、自分のお教室の流派と微妙に違うからむしろそれを見ると混乱する… 困った私は数回目のお稽古で先生に、どうやって覚えると良いのか訊ねると、 「そうですねぇ… どんなに覚えの悪い生徒さんでも、30回やると大体は覚えるみたいですよ」とのこと。 これは心強い言葉でした。 その時の私は「300回やっても覚えられる気がしない」と思えるほど、絶望的な気持ちになっていたので。 そして、私が始めた練習方法がこちら… •これまで習ったお点前の手順をできる限り思い出し、箇条書でスマホにメモとして書き出す •お釜以外のお道具を全部買って、メモを見ながら毎日朝夜2服点てる •翌週のお稽古の後に自分のメモの間違っていたところを修正する •慣れてきたらメモを見ずに練習 •お稽古でご指導いただいた細かいポイントを自宅練習の中で繰り返し意識する… このPDCAをずっと繰り返し、今も毎日ニ服点てる習慣を続けています。 (お抹茶が飲みたいだけなんですけど) そして、これらの練習から私が何を学んだかというと、 「毎日の積み重ねの偉大さ」です…！ お稽古始めたての頃は、お点前の為にお茶室に足を一歩踏み入れた瞬間に「頭真っ白🫥」の状態になっていましたが、 今はもう誰の前でお点前をするのも緊張しなくなったように思います。 (良くも悪くもですが…) 最初は「難っ！」と思っていたことも、毎日練習すると課題に対する心理的なハードルが間違いなく下がるんです。 この経験から、私が難しそうな課題に出逢った時は 「どんなに覚えが悪い人でも30回やればとりあえず覚える」という言葉を思い出し、ちょっとずつでも良い、間違ってもいいから毎日！という風に取り組むことにしています。 なので、これから着付を覚えようと思っている方、 セルフヘアセットに挑戦したい方、 カラーコーデを覚えたい方、 「まずは30回」 を目安に、毎日ちょこちょこやってみると良いと思います。 越えられない壁はきっとないはず…🧎
