プロダクト単体で考えると縦方向のガラス分割は上下に3等分、もしくは4等分にしちゃいたいとこなんすけど、今回はリノベなんで動かせない箇所を拠り所にして寸法決めしていった経緯っす 着目したのが隣接するバルコニー窓の横桟とその高さ うちのLDK +寝室長さが14m弱あるんすけど窓が連続するんで横桟が長手方向を助長する良い要素になってたんす（最近の窓だと横桟なんて無いんすけどね） ほいどその横桟高さが床仕上がりから860の位置にはいってまして逆サイド側のキッチンカウンター高さとも近似してくるなということで1段目ガラス高さをバルコニー窓の中桟合わせに（参考:3枚目写真） 2段目ガラスの高さは窓の梁型に合わせる案もあったんすけど流石に3枚分のガラス寸法がバラバラになっちゃうとプロダクトバランス取れなくなるんで、上下ガラスを等分に真ん中ガラスをナリとなるように寸法決めますた ちなみに寝室奥の木パネル高さも860で仕上げたんでLDK +寝室の長方形空間の三方（寝室短辺、窓側長辺、キッチン短辺）が850-860にラインが通ってます さすがにこんな寸法の決め方するとメーカー標準品やなくてオーダーになっちゃったんすけど、コスト的には約90万（H2600×W3300、2枚スライド両サイド固定）でおさまってくれますた 時々ご相談もらったりもするんすけどコントロールしようとしても結局貰い物やら絵本で増えちゃう意図しない原色問題 うちも増えつつあるんすけどインテリアとして馴染ませるなら原色の輪郭を出さずにインテリアに馴染みの良い色で囲ってあげるとある程度緩和でけるかなと このピクで言うと木箱とかあたすのインテリア小物がええ働きしとります（影を作ってくれるんで消し込めるっす）。 こっちもスケルトンに剥いた時、マンション全体の電気幹線でてきたりで管理組合に掛け合ったりと色々大変やったなぁ🥹 それはさておき設計意図なんすけどこの奥の壁の左側はパイプスペースでいじれない構造やったんす。 右側は少し奥まってたんでエアコンスペースにして作業部屋エアコンと兼用仕様（風向きで寝室と作業部屋に風行くようにしてます。効率はそこまで良くないけど） ほいでエアコンルーバーとなる壁を意匠的に四分割して、対面するキッチンと印象を揃えるようにライン照明仕込みました。 腰壁には300幅オーク材のフローリングを280幅に調整して3段ではっつけとります 今はダブルサイズベッドなんで少しボリューム足りないんすけどゆくゆくキングサイズに変更していきたいす🥹 #インテリア #インテリアコーディネート #インテリアデザイン #リノベーション #中古マンション 新しいおうちでも結局暗め照明設定 一応娘のことも考えて明るいバージョンもあるんすけど寝かしつけてからは大体こんな雰囲気で呑んでおりまする。 （明るいバージョンはまた改めて） 照明はライティングダクトレールでのスポットライトな設定。 ダウンライトで埋め込むかめっちゃ悩んだんすけど、まだ可変的に家具もかえるし照らしたい場所も変わるやろってことでダクトレール選択なんす。 まぁ、位置を決め切る勇気がなかったとも言えるっす🥹 ほいでもダクトレールは大工さんにお願いして天井面一でおさめてもらったりスポットライトもレール幅近似にさせることででっぱりの少ない黒いライン的グラフィック要素に落とし込みましたんや 採用してるライトは •スポットライト:大光電機DSL5542 •ライン照明:遠藤照明リニア08シリーズ うちは二列型のキッチンにして手前側はダイニングとしても使えるようにしてるんすけど悩んだのは前後間でカウンターの厚み 手前がしっかり主役に見えるように80mm厚みにしたかったんすけどバックの壁付けも分厚くするとなんかもったりするし。。。 ってことでいっそのこと壁付け側は厚みの見えてこない扉がちおさめに。 扉の取手も掘り込み取っ手（KAWAJUNのPC-406)採用で面認識させるようにして、なんなら蹴込みもなくしちゃう。 背景の面構成とカウンター厚みの太い線にコントラストつけれてなんとか見た目として成立したかなって感じっす。 扉との隙間にゴミ入るとか色んなこと頭よぎったんすけどコンロ側やから水じまいの問題もなく、今のところ見た目としての恩恵の方がでかいっす #インテリア #インテリアコーディネート それはさておき、 おうちの話しをすると うちは約90平米、築50年のボロ屋な旧耐震マンション。 それを一旦スケルトンに剥いてからのフルリノベ。 特徴的に東西に約13.5mの南窓がとれるハコ（そこに惚れたんす）。その長手方向を最大限活かすべくLDK＋寝室を一繋ぎな構成っす。 できる限り天高とりたい派でほんとは天井ひん剥いてもよかったんすけど、うちが東棟の最上階で天井断熱材入ってたので極薄の軽天組んでもらいました。 床は低床遮音の乾式二重床（フクビ:フリーフロアMPR）。 懐は吸水管、ガス管通るギリギリ40mmくらいしかなくてその上に置き床パーチ、合板、タイルのっけて仕上がりが約100mmで天高2600確保って感じっす （計算上は2670取れる予定だったんすけど躯体天井に傾斜あったり床の不陸やらで落とし所でこの高さ。リノベてむずいなぁと勉強なりますた） 途中寝室部分に電気幹線出てきたりと難題もあったんすけど長手方向に天井段差つけず（といっても梁は出てるけど）に仕上げれたんで、後々DIYで設置予定のカーテンが楽しみな感じっす（いつになるやら😅） 最後のお宿は白老町の界ポロト 今年でけたばっかりの星のリゾート系列の界ブランドっす 「モール温泉」っていう天然植物の腐植質由来で茶褐色のお湯なんすけど世界的にも珍しいらしいっす お肌にええ成分入ってるらしく美肌の湯って言われてるらしいんで女性陣は要ちぇけらーっす ※温泉なんでほんとは撮影ダメなんすけど早朝だれもいないタイミング見計らって撮らせていただきやした ええ湯でござんしたー 設計: 1日目は洞爺湖のwe hotel toyaに 洞爺湖畔横の高台にあった老人ホームをリノベーションしたホテル プリーツの布で覆ったエントランスやレストランはかっちょよく、今後のお家づくりにもヒント色々もらいました 客室のインテリアはマテリアル使いが少し古くさい感じもあったんすけど（2018竣工なんで実際は古くないんすけど。。）おっきな窓から見える景色は贅沢でござんした ちなみに全室露天風呂付き
