体にいいスパイスが豊富と言われています。 ワンプレートになっているタイプは🥬野菜の副菜も多くて、 食べれば食べるほど、体が元気になっていくのです😆(注：個人の体感です)。 そんなスリランカカレー、おうちで作れるレシピ６つを最新号に掲載しています。 今回教えていただいたのは、東京・杉並区の「げつようび」店主・児島麻里子さん。 児島さんがスリランカカレーに魅せられたきっかけ、
