気温が上昇してくると気になるのが【肌のテカリ】 乾燥肌なのにこの時期になるとテカる！ と言う人もいるのではないでしょうか？ そんなテカリの原因と対策について詳しくご紹介します📚 ▶︎肌のテカリの原因 ①ホルモンバランスの乱れ 皮脂の分泌には男性ホルモンが関係しています。 基本的には女性ホルモンとバランスを保ちながら 必要な量の皮脂を分泌しています。 しかし、加齢やストレス・睡眠不足や運動不足によって ホルモンバランスが乱れると男性ホルモンが優位になり、 皮脂量が増えやすくなります。 思春期に皮脂やニキビが増えるのもホルモンバランスの影響です。 ②紫外線の影響 紫外線を浴びると肌の水分量が減ります。 すると肌が乾燥を防ごうとして、 皮脂が過剰に分泌されてしまいます。 さらに紫外線は肌表面の皮脂を酸化させるので、 ほかの肌トラブルにつながる可能性もあります。 ③適切なスキンケアができていない ・汚れをきちんと落とせていない ・摩擦が起きている ・皮脂量に見合ったアイテムが使えていない など、 適切なスキンケアができていないとテカリの原因に！ 皮脂が多いからといって保湿をおろそかにするのはNG❌ 油分を控えめにするのはよいですが、 水分まで不足するとかえって皮脂が多く出ることも！ ▶︎テカリを防ぐスキンケア
