𓈒 𓏸 𓐍 𓂃 𓈒𓏸 それは、本当の自分に出会うため。 それは、日々の生活で一見小さく見えるけど奇跡のような幸せをいつもキャッチしていたいから。 𓂃◌𓈒𓐍 𓈒𓈒 𓏸 𓐍 𓂃 𓈒𓏸 𓂃◌𓈒𓐍 𓈒 以前の私はいつも外側に幸せを求めて忙しかった。 ステイタスのある仕事、自慢できる友達、刺激的な趣味、可愛い洋服やバック、好条件のパートナー、旅行にたくさんいく、美味しいもの食べる、スケジュールはいつもパンパンで新しい経験をすればするほど幸せになれると思っていた。 結果、なんだか忙しくて、どこか疲れていて、自分の軸を見失っていた。 そしてさらにそのストレスをカモフラージュするために予定を入れる日々。 自分に幸せを感じさせてくれるものを常に追い求める日々。 楽しいこと一通り経験してみたけど、目の前にはうまくいかない人間関係や仕事という現実があって、心の奥ではどこか不足感を感じている自分。 一度立ち止まってみようと思った。 インド、ヨガの聖地に行った。 世界中から、老若男女、いろんな背景を持った人たちが「本当の幸せ」を求めてそこに集まっていた。 大切な人に裏切られてボロボロになった心を癒しにきた人 生死を彷徨うような大きな病気をして根本改善のためにきた人 残酷な経験から深いトラウマを抱えている人 これから先の人生やキャリアを真剣に考えたい人 すでにハイパフォーマーで更に自分を高めるために真実を知りたい探究心のある人 生きることとは？幸せとは？そんな永遠の問いの答えを求めて世界中からたくさんの人が集まっていることに、まずは驚いた。 まだまだ自分の知らない壮絶な経験や、面白い経験の中で生きている人がたくさんいることも知った。 そこでみんながしていたことは「自分の内側と向き合うこと」 普通に、与えられた環境だけで生きてたら、学校での学びや世論や〇〇スキル！など、外側に正解を求めてしまうけれども、そこでは自分の内側に正解を見出すやり方をプラクティスする。 それが、座ること。 瞑想だった。 人のマインドで理解する•整理するという領域を超えて、宇宙を知り、自然の法則を取り入れ、人としての正しく幸せな生き方につながっていくために、瞑想という叡智がある。 宇宙の中の、地球の中の、ほんの一部として生かされているのだから、その全体の仕組みや流れを知ってそのリズムに乗っていくのは必然なこと。ハッとさせられた！ ごく当たり前なことなのにすっかり忘れていた視点だった。 自分とその時の半径100mくらいの世界の中でしか生きてなかったことに気づかされた。 私たち現代人は日々あまりに多くの（無駄な）情報に触れすぎていて、振り回されていて、一瞬の快楽に惑わされて、自分の人生の目的を忘れかけているのではないか。 みんなそうだし、とか、人生そんなもんだと思っている。 けれども実は、大きな問題が小さく見えたり、難解な問題がするっとシンプルに解決したり、その力を得るためには自然の在り方の中に解がある。 なんて面白いのだろう！もっともっと自然の法則を知りたいし、内側の幸福感を体験したい。そう思って、座り始めた。 瞑想を始めて7年目に入った今。 自分の考え方も180度変わった！ 窮屈さから解放された。 人間関係が格段に楽になった。 自分の人生を愛することができている。 予定もない、何気ない日も、毎日幸せ。 静かな時間の中にこんなにもゆるぎない至福があることを味わえる。 もちろん感情がネガティヴになる瞬間やストレスに感じることは起こるけれども、穏やかなところに戻る立ち直り方がわかる。 私の人生に関わってくれた全ての方に感謝の気持ちが湧き上がる。もちろん嫌な経験をさせてくれた方にもね🙈 そして何よりも、自分がやるべき事、進むべき道がはっきりしている。自己一致。
