Yuji started his cooking just as I was born 50 years ago and as his cousin It’s been amazing to know and see Yuji’s success grow over a lifetime. So proud of him… his cooking always surprises me. And as of this December, Yuji will be announcing soon that he will be opening up a new exclusive restaurant in Ginza, which I can’t wait to go once launched.
