なぜなら、医療は「治療が必要なこと」を対象とするからです。 ですから、本人に〇〇恐怖症だ、という自覚があるからと言って、必ずしも治療が必要か、と言えば違います。 本人なりの対処が可能で生活が出来ているならば、 治療なくとも、社会生活ができるからです。 ただ、 治療が必要な場合については、以下のことが挙げられます。 ───────────────────── ※本人の感じる「恐怖」が一般の程度と比較して 余りに大きいことを前提として、 ・恐怖に耐えるための苦痛がひどく大きく辛い ・恐怖の対象を避けるために、大きく生活に支障をきたしている ・本人、周囲の人が非常に困っている状態である ・本人の日常生活や仕事に大きな影響が出ている状態である こんな感じの状態・状況で、代表的な診断名としては、 「恐怖症性障害」が挙げられます。 又、パニック障害や強迫神経症に伴って症状が露見することもよくあります。 （それぞれの症状については多岐に渡り長くなりますので、 ここでは割愛します。） ───────────────────── ちなみに💡 「不安」と「恐怖」にも違いがあります。 ざっくり表現しますと、 不安：対象が明らかではない 恐怖：対象が明らかで一定である …です。 でね、 「誰だって何かに恐怖を感じることは、あるでしょう。」 そう思われること、多いかと思います。 でも、「恐怖症」と自覚するレベルの不便さがあるならば、 自力で対処するもよし。 …なのですが、どう対処するかを考える時、 身一つ、無防備な状態で戦場に赴くかのように、 自分の心身を使って人体実験するのは、結構リスキーです。 ですので、 「恐怖」に伴う生活の難しさを感じられた場合は、 「うつ」真っ盛りの時、当人の心の中で起きていることの例えです。 でも、そんな大変なことになっていることは、 外側からはなかなか目に見えませんし、 気付かれにくいものです。 また、当人も、その痛みや辛さ、混乱をうまく説明する余裕も無いことが多いのですが、本当はとっても大変。 理解されにくいのに、実は大変なもので、 雨も降らず、風も吹かない、大型台風。 そんな感じです。 「うつ」になる。或いは、身近な人がうつになる。 絶望的に感じる方も多いでしょう。 かつて、私もそうでした。 ただ、「うつ」には、絶望だけがあるのではありません。 うつの渦中、それに耐えるのは、辛い。 だけど、なぜ辛いのか？ それは、「しゃがみこむ」やり方に問題があるからです。 少し、心の痺れの痛みが引いた時がチャンスです。 今度はどんな体勢で座って休めばいいか、 どのくらいの時間ならば痺れにくいのか、 「うつ」真っ盛りの経験を生かして、工夫してみるのです。 すると、今まで交差点だと思っていた場所が、 実は違うことに気付ける時が来ます。 今いる場所は、 決められた4つの方向だけがある交差点のど真ん中でなく、 「自分で選べる道の、途中。」 ということに、気付ける瞬間は、来ます。 「うつ」は、上手いこと使ってやれば、 自分に、もっと新しい自由を与えてもくれるのです。 「うつ」からは、すぐには抜け出せません。 これは仕方のない、事実。 でも「うつ」を、【良薬口に苦し】と、思えること。 それが、寛解へ繋がるのだと思います。 そのためには、 差し出された「手」に気付くことも大切です。 うっすらでいいから目を開いて、 耳を塞いだ両手の力を抜いてみてください。 大丈夫です。 向かう道は、自分で決めていいし、 ひとりぼっちで、歩かなくていいんです。 ─────── さてさて🍁 11月の割に暖かい日が続いておりますが、 そろそろ寒さが来る予報です。 寒いと心もキューっと締めつけられるものですから、 メンタル的にもしんどい時期に入ってきそうです❄ 一日一善、ならぬ、 一日一暖。ポカポカを意識して、過ごしましょう😊🌷 では皆さま、今日も明日も、 「ゆるゆると」暖かくしてお過ごしください🍀 別居や離婚への一歩を踏み出すことに怖い。 ② 最近、離婚したばかりの方。 原因は、夫の不倫。 もう女としての自信が無く、辛い。 最低な夫だと分かっていても、いざ1人になると孤独である。 ③ 27歳でニート生活中の方。 実家の自分の部屋にいて4年経つ。 ニートをやっていると、同級生と会うのも気が引けて無理で、 リアルに付き合う人間が少なくて、どんどん一人ぼっちになります。 正直、どこかこの生活に甘んじて満足しているかもしれない、と感じている。 でも、いつか周りのみんなみたいに仕事をして、結婚して子供が欲しい、みたいな欲もある。 実家に世話になりながらわがままな欲だとはわかっています。 このごちゃごちゃした気持ちはどうすれば解消されるでしょうか？ ④ 専業主婦で、子どもはいない４０代の方。 何度か妊活を試したけれど子供には恵まれず、 ただし、その不安と恐怖を作ったのは他者であっても、 自分の中で増長・成長させてしまうのは、 実は自分自身だったりも、します。 ふとした時、 ものすごく腹立たしくなったり、 イライラしたり、 どこに向けてよいか分からぬモヤモヤに 心がザワついたり…。 こういった気持ち、 つまり、自分自身に襲われているような状況。 そんな時は、 ↓↓↓ ①子どものスタンスに立ち返ってみてください。 「嫌なものは、嫌なんだ！」 「ぼく、私は、辛くてたまらないんだ！」 と、鼻水垂らしながら泣いてもいいから、 誰かにSOSを出すのです。 ②そして、 自分の気持ちに共感し、寄り添ってもらえる状況、 つまり「心の居場所の確保」に努めるのです。 これは、大人だからできることです。 自ら、環境を、変える。 その選択肢を持つ、という特権。 これが大人には、あることを忘れないで。 ─────── 「おいおい、聞いてなかったぞ、こんな大変さ。」 と言うことの連続でした。 今でも、きっとこれからも。 ですが、 「聞いてなかったぞ。」と思える日々の体験こそが、 自分という人間にしか体験できないことであり、 見方を変えれば、それは代替えできない幸せだと、 今になって、思えます。 以前もどこかの投稿でお伝えしましたが、 私は不妊体質で、一度ではない回数、流産をしました。 ですから、娘が生まれたことは謎レベルでの奇跡です。 そして、 私自身の育った環境や、経験、気質からして、 「頭で考えれば」、 到底、自分が良い親になれる自信は、皆無です。 しかしながら、娘の存在。 それがこれほど、自分自身の幸せについて向き合う。 ということへと、導いてくれている。 それこそ、想定外の良き現象でした。 子を持つ・持てない、持たない選択は、 男女共に、それまでの生き方をガラリと変えます。 これがとても不自由と想像したり、 実感することもあるでしょう。 実際に、確かにそんな局面も多くあります。 ですが、子が生まれることも、生まれないことも。 これほどまでに、 自分の人生について考えさせられる機会はありません。 妊娠・出産・流産・不妊・中絶。 それらを、決して自己犠牲の姿ではなく、 自分の人生をより豊かにするきっかけにして欲しいと思いますし、 きっとそうなる。なってほしい。 私はそう、思います。 生まれる子、育つ子、生まれることのなかった子。 どの命にも、 私たちを応援してくれる何かが詰まっています。 その何かは、私たち自身が見出すのです。 なぜなら、大切なのは、 私たち自身の「命」をどう生かすか、だからです。 ─────── さてはて、手術の後で視界不良なもので、 普段、当たり前のように感じている「感覚」。 そのどれか1つにフォーカスしてみると、 それが与えてくれる「何か」が、 とても愛おしく感じると思うのです。 ただ、感覚が鋭すぎて辛い、というパターンもありますし、 実際、私自身もそうなのですが、 いざ、何か1つでも感覚を失うと考えると。 どんなに辛くても不思議と、 今、持っている感覚一つひとつが、 「失うには惜しい」と感じてしまうものです。 自分のことを「条件付け」で認めようと 努力することが常になります。 これは、恐ろしいことです。 なぜなら、 「条件付け」で自分を認めますから、 人から愛されたり必要とされることにも 「条件付け」が発生するのです。 もっと極論に言い換えると、 自分の存在自体に疑問を持ち続けて、生きいくこと。 …になってしまう、ということです。 私自身も、 常にこの問題と向き合い続け、 時に衝突し、怪我をしながら生きています。 正直、時折とても、しんどいものがあります。 だからこそ今、余計に感じるのは、 娘に対して、 「まずはただ、いる、それが最高。」 娘にとっての私＝母も、きっとそうなんだろう。 …と、いうことです。 似たような問題にお悩みの方も、同じです。 まずはただ、いる、最高。 自分の存在する意味も、 生きてきた功績も、 他者からの称賛も、いらない。 淡々とでも、退屈に感じるとしても、 生きている、その事実。 その事実そのものを、認めてあげて欲しいです。 それが、 自尊心、自己肯定感の種を蒔く第一歩だ。 と、私は思います。 補足として、完全に親目線に立ってもお伝えしますと、 ぶっちゃけ、子育てから解放されたい、と願うほどの環境や理由がある場合も、往々にしてあると思います。 「もう何もかも放り投げて、 逃げ出したい、ひとりになりたい。」 そう、心が叫ぶ時だって、あると思うのです。 子どもから逃げ出したいのか、 自分自身から逃げ出したいのか、 子育てや夫婦関係、家族関係、仕事etc.が絡み合った、 ゴチャゴチャしたその疲れる環境から逃げ出したいのか。 それは、人それぞれです。 ただ、その心の声は、子どもに直接ぶつけてはダメです。 ぶつけた覚えがある場合、謝った方が良いと思います。 許されはしませんが、 「やられた方は忘れられないが、やった方は忘れている」 という、最も虚しい事実としては、残りません。 なかなか声に出しずらい心の声は、 私のように、カウンセラーや、子育て支援等々、 「話を傾聴する」に特化した誰かに、思い切りぶつけてみてください。 言葉は、 振る側にも、受ける側にも、 諸刃の剣です。⚔️ 長くなりました！🙏 少しづつ、秋の空に変化して参りました🍁 美味しいものを食べて、 あー、私は親になって、良かったのかな。 とすら、思わされることもあります。 そんな私を包んでくれるのが、 よりによって、子どもなのです。 甘えている方は、子どもよりも、 親の方です。 かと言って、 常に穏やかで、笑顔で、余裕のある母。 そんなものに、なれるわけもなく。 だから私は、 「やっちまったな」 という日こそ、娘を寝かしつける時、こう伝えます。 「大好きよ。」 そして、可愛い手を握りながら、 ※ちなみに精神科へ入院は、自分の希望であっても、任意入院とならない場合があります。私の場合は措置入院でした。 なぜなら、「やっちゃならん行動」、つまり、自分を傷つける行為、があったためです。 なので、なんとか最短でありながら、出るまでに1ヶ月半はかかりました。本当はもっと長い予定でした。 種類は下記4種類あります。 ・任意入院 ・医療保護入院 ・応急入院 ・措置入院 ですが、表向きかもしれませんが、数ヶ月かけて学校関連での問題は解決したこともあり、思い切って。 今回お伝えしたいこと、それは、 決して娘に同情してほしいわけではなく、 不登校って、 ↓ ・自分の意思で学校に行かない、と決める。 ・行きたいのに、行けない環境にある。 大まかに、この2パターンあると思うのです。 一言で「不登校」と表されてしまいますが、 子どもの多くは、後者のように感じます。 だからこそ、親からすると、 「行きたいのに、行けない環境」を作られてしまうことに、子どもとは視点の違う、不安や恐怖が芽生えてしまうのだと思います。 その感情を、親自身がセルフコントロールするのもまた、 至難の業だと、身をもって感じます。 子どもは、辛い。 でも、親も、辛い。 それならば、 親としては考え方をどう変えたら楽なのか？ それは、 最小単位の「社会」つまり、「家庭」の平穏を整えることに着目することだと思うのです。 もちろん、問題の無い家庭、そんなものは存在しません。 親も、或いは妻も、夫も、 誰もが完璧ではありません。 では、平穏な家庭、とは？ ↓ ・言いたいことを素直に伝え、受け止めてもらえる場であること。 ・イレギュラーな事態にも、チームとして協力する気持ちが互いにあること。 そんなところだと私は思っています。
