社長の理念についてこれず、ネガティブな雰囲気を出す職員が多い。 「前向きに頑張りたい」のに、足止めをくらう感じがしんどい。 ②▶33分頃〜 25歳の方。 大学3年生の時に「うつ」になり、１年間休学し引きこもりを経験した。 社会から離れていた期間が延２年間ほどあるため、いまだに玉手箱を開けたような気分。 「気付けば周りが大人になっている」と感じる。 「あなたはあなたでいい。」と親は言ってくれるのだが、その言葉もなかなか受け入れることができない。 「どうして(私は)年相応に生きられないんだ」と、涙が止まらず生き地獄のよう。 言語化が難しく、カウンセリングも行けていなくてとても苦しい。 ③▶49分頃〜 仕事も子育ても、「大変なのは自分だけではない」と思うと弱音を吐いてはいけない、と思う。 泣いても愚痴っても仕方ない、と分かっていても、子どもが寝た後に一人になると涙が出る。 どんな状況でも自分が取捨選択した結果だと分かっていても、何もかもが嫌になる時がある。 ④▶53分頃〜 27歳女性の方。別れた元彼(現在31歳)とセフレ状態になって1年経過。 その元彼から、最近彼女ができたと言われたが、関係性は変わらず。 そのような関係は辞めたいが、抜け出せず。 そんな自分が嫌いです。 ─────── 倉元少尉は、1945年2月に結婚式を挙げ、式の翌日には空襲のため、妻の喜美子さんとは離れ離れに。 そして4月から出撃の5月までのたった1ヶ月の間だけ、 倉元ご夫妻は、倉元少尉の宿舎としていた旅館で新婚生活を送ることができました。 たった、1ヶ月です。 翌年1月27日、喜美子さんは無事に女の子をご出産。 30代半ばになっていたら、自分はこうなっているはずだ！と信じていました。 ↓↓↓ ・ウォーターフロントのタワマン40階ぐらいに住んでいる。 ・大手の広告会社でキャリアウーマンになってから、独立起業して悠々自適。 ・夫の稼ぎも良く、夫婦円満。 ・子どもは4歳差の2人。お手伝いさんもいる。 ・車はAudiのQ5あたりを自分用に1台乗り回している。 ・化粧品は全てclé de peau beauté で揃えている。 ・子どもたちが寝静まった後は、夫と仲睦まじくワイン片手に晩酌タイム。 …… おいおいおい、ちょっと待てよ、と。 韓国ドラマの財閥のお嬢様ですか、と…。 実際、上記のような生活の方も、もちろんいらっしゃると思います。いや、知人にもいらっしゃるし、非現実的なことではないとは思います。 ですが、18歳の頃に夢見た30代半ばの私。 と、 現実の、36歳の今の私。 恐ろしく状況が違って苦笑いです。 とはいえ、です。 もし、「これまで」の私が経験した挫折だの、苦痛や被害、背に腹はかえられぬ努力などのアレコレ、 これらが無く、 上記の状況に持っていけていたとしたら？ 今の私も、娘も、家族との関係も、大切な仲間や友人も… 確実に、無いはずです。 そして今、「感謝」を得ながら出来るお仕事。 これまた、やることも、できることも、なかったでしょう。 それは断固として、嫌です。 つまり、「これでいいのだ。」なんです。 そんな、「今」の私は、 常に、現状に満足感などありません。 かと言って、突拍子もない夢もありませんが、 まだ、どこかに飛んでいけるはずだよなぁ。 …と、そんな気持ちで、 ゆるゆると、飛んでいます。 鳥は、気流の流れが無いと、飛べませんからね🕊️ 私も、「生きる」上で起こる乱気流すら、 それは生きている証拠として、 【今回のご相談内容】 ↓↓↓ ① カサンドラ症候群だと思う。気持ちを寄り添わせたいと思えば思うほど辛くなる。 ② 社会人1年目。通勤時に必ず通らなければならない所に職員用の喫煙所があるが、そこで自分から挨拶をしても返してくれない人がほとんどで、自分も喫煙者だがその場所は使えない。元々、人が多い場面が得意ではないこともあり、毎日その場所を通るのが辛く感じる。これを憂鬱にとらえないためにはどうすれば良いか。 ③ 季節の変わり目に鬱々としやすいのが辛い。特に夏場は暑くて外出できず、引きこもりがちな状況に拍車がかかりそうで、「自分はこのまま一人きりなのか」と思ってしまう。 家族にも当たってしまう自分に対しても辛く感じている。 ④ 自分から告白して付き合った彼氏と、最近別れてしまった。失恋の乗り越え方が知りたい。 ⑤ 学校は、勉強する場所。 でもありますが、 時には、「こんな大人になれたらいいな。」 そんな人生の先輩に出会える場でもあります。 先生が、生徒や親から叩かれる時代。 これはもちろん、先生、学校側にも原因はあることでしょう。 でも、舐めちゃいけない大人っていう存在は、 いるものです。 それは、何があっても穏やかに微笑み、 肝心な時には、 自分よりも弱い立場の人間を守る人のこと。 そして、数字に出ているのはあくまで、 認知された件数、です。 件数、〜人。その表記にも、悲しみを感じます。 人は亡くなると、「〜名」と数えられるものだからです。 それは、亡くなった後に遺るものを指すからです。 そうです、遺るのは、「名前」だからです。 「〜人死亡」ではなく、 「〜名死亡」なのです。 私も、娘も、いじめ被害の経験があります。 娘に至っては、問題がスッキリさっぱり解決まではいきません。 なぜなら、心に残るからです。 人との距離感にすら、恐怖がつきまとうのです。 いじめを受けた方々で存命している場合は、 運良く生きているに過ぎないぐらいに、私は思っています。 それだけ、命に関わることだからです。 学校での教育ももちろん大切です。 ですが、家庭ではもっと大切です。 子どもの目の前で、 大人が誰かの陰口を、家族同士で、テレビに向かって、 誹謗中傷にあたる言葉を発するだけでも、 子どもにはそれが、「怒りを発散する正攻法」と、 見て取り、学びます。 無論、我が子のことを、 言葉、態度、暴力などで蔑む(さげすむ)ことなど、 あってはなりません。 人は誰もが、自分とは異質な人を怖がり、不安になり、 そして怒りや不満を感じることがあるものです。 私だって、一人の人間としては、そうです。 でも、それをぶつける場と方法を、間違えてはいけません。 そして、それをぶつけられた他者は、加担しないよう、 さらには、 当事者の被害側の人に手を差し伸べる勇気を持つことで、 加担側として「いじめ」を成立させない、 「防波堤」に、なれます。 言葉は悪いですが、 タイマンはれない人間が、 陰口叩くことほどダサいことはない。 いじめで苦しむ方も、 過去の苦しみで長年にわたり辛い方も、 どこに不満や怒りをぶつけたら良いか分からない方も、 是非、ご相談ください。
