  • 今晩は私が代表を務める会社の合同忘年会でした。グループ全体がファミリー。心からそう思える組織になってきたように思います。 忘年会は社員の子供達も招待されます。かわいく正装して集まったのは15人くらい。グループ社員70人近くいますのでみんなで30人くらいの子供を育ててます。会社は社会の公器、それを実感します。 締めのスピーチで、 こういう場で他の社員の子供達をしっかり見ておくことを社員に薦めました。 働くことは楽しいことばかりではありません。夏の暑い日、冬の寒い日のつらい気候。嫌な客やトラブルなど心理的にきつい状況。きつい仕事もあります。全ての社員が時に一人で会社の看板を背負って立ち向かわなきゃいけない時もあります。 そんな時に、一人で孤独感の中できついと思うのか、自分の後ろに多くの社員やその子供達の生活もかかっていることが想像できて強く気持ちを持って挑むことができるのか？自分の一つ一つの仕事の先に、多くの人の幸福がある。それを実感していれば前に進むべき時の勇気になる。独身社員も決して一人で生きてるわけではないのです。間接的に大勢の子供達を育てているのです。それを知ってほしいし、誇りに持って働いて欲しいし、いつでも想像できるようになっててほしいと思います。 それが人間の強さになるし、幸福感を感じる土台の最終的な部分になるからです。

  • 久しぶりのLIVE。MUCCの逹瑯さんに呼んで頂いて参戦。 逹瑯さん、男性ボーカルでこれだけ声が太くて艶のある声を出せる人ってなかなかいないと思っとります。先日お亡くなりになったBUCK-TICKの櫻井さんもそうだったけど、艶のある太い声って人類最強だと思う。 大勢集まる女性ファンはその辺よくわかってる。今日も美声を堪能。 MUCCはバリバリのビジュ系ながら美しいメロディで歌い上げる曲も多く、聞くほどにクセになる良い曲多し。ドライブ中もヘビロテできるのでぜひ皆さんにも聞いてもらいたいです。 ギターのミヤさん？のギターポジション、俺と近くてそれも最前で見てみたいと思いました。腕前はヒラマサとネンブツダイくらい違うけど。（例えがわからんか） #MUCC #逹瑯
