新しい刺激をたくさん受ける変化と挑戦の年にしたい！ 頑張って精一杯今を生きる💪 女性の一生と家族の始まりに寄り添う仕事、助産師🤱 老若男女すべての患者さんをサポートする仕事、看護師👩⚕️ 専門職としてやっと現場に出れるようになって 仕事面でも責任があって、 本当にやりがいも大きかったです。 なりたかった職業につけて、本当は辞めたくなかった。 ただ、パデル選手としては 女性としての年齢的にも、 ライフプランを考えても 今の自分しか 世界レベルに挑むチャレンジは困難。 そして、医療者としてもパデルで叶えたい目標がある。 常にこの決断でいいのか悩みましたが これからしばらくパデル選手として アジア女性が、海外で生きて、異国の文化や選手に揉まれて、競技レベルでどこまで世界に挑戦できるのか。 チャレンジします💪 正直これまでは、 常に緊張感と命に触れる責任感、 1分1秒、時間に追われて、プレッシャーの環境の日々。 仕事も不規則で、試合に出るにも休みを自由には取りづらい。 リズムを整えることも大変でしたし、 周囲からスポーツ選手としての理解を得ることも、 とても✖︎100🤣くらい難しかったです。 三交代で練習できる時間も日も限られ いつしか心にも身体にも 負荷をかけることが普通の日々になってました😇 それでもやってこれたのは、 いつも応援してくださる方々のおかげで 本当に本当に励まされていました！🫶 たくさん話を聞いてくれた友達や先輩、 応援してくださる各企業様、 一緒に練習してくれるパデル仲間たち、 挑戦に協力してくれる仲間、 などなど 感謝でいっぱいです。ありがとうございます😊 そして幸いなことに、 国内、海外のコーチや選手にも ものすごく背中を押してもらえる言葉を頂き 自分の可能性にチャレンジしようと 学生時代の4年間と、働き始めて約3年 医療の知識、周囲の健康、心身のケア、妊娠出産や赤ちゃんのことなど、助産師になるためにも、なってからも、日々多くの時間を医療とケアを学び過ごしてきました。 一つ節目になるので、少し長いけど 医療者としての自分が学べたことを共有🤏 助産師も看護師も、 資格を持った人しかできない、専門的な仕事 だけど 専門職というには、私はまだまだひよこです🐣 現場で学びたいことも、やりたいこともあったけど 色んな葛藤と長い戦いがあってひとまずこの決断に至りました🫥 病院って不思議な場所で 患者さんにとっては、人生における大きな変化がある時間。 私のように妊娠出産に携わる幸せな一場面をサポートする場所もあれば、 ご病気を持ったお子さん、突然重篤な怪我をされた方、慢性的な病気と付き合っていられる方、緊急を要するご高齢の方、死と直面している方もいる。 ある意味、普段生活しているとこでは出会えない、話せない方々と接して、 病気だけでなく、過去も現在も未来も、その人の心身全体、家族も含めて観る、貴重な仕事だと思います👨👩👧👦 人間が生まれ育つところから、死にゆく姿まで、 この仕事だからこそわかる、いろんなライフステージのいろんな人間力を学びながら学生時代を過ごすことができたと思います。 私が携わる周産期の場では、新たに産まれてくる生と死の紙一重の部分。 そして、新たな家族が形成されていく時間。 赤ちゃんの世界では👶 まだお腹にいてほしいのに、数何百gっていう小さな赤ちゃんが生まれても少しずつ成長する様子。 疾患をもってる子が無事に家に帰っていく姿に元気をもらいました。 個性を考えながら、成長や愛着形成を援助し、新たな家族のはじまりを支援することに、とてもやりがいがありましたし、 現代医療の凄さとベテラン看護師のケアとアセスメント、技術の質の高さを感じ、すごいなと思う日々でした。 お母さんの世界では👩🍼 妊娠するのにも大変だったり、 子供を産むだけでも身体に大きな負担がかかるのに それぞれの問題や合併症をもちながらも 新しい命を迎え、育てていくために真っ直ぐな女性の強さを感じました。 唯一、自分以外のために自分の体にメスが入る瞬間。 それが普通とされてるけど、お母さんになる瞬間ってどんな気持ちなんだろうって、会うたびに不思議な気持ちになる。 そして、変わっていく現代に、安心して出産、子育てのできる社会や家族の在り方も考えさせられました。 まだまだまだまだ経験は浅いけど、 ひとまずここまで働け続けてこれたのは、支えてくれた同期、友達、相談に乗ってくれた先輩などなど、本当に周りのおかげ🥹 皆んながそれぞれの病棟で頑張ってると思うと、頑張れました🥲 そして24時間365日、 本当に最前線の医療現場で働く人の強さと優しさを感じます。 本当にありがとうございました😭 幸いにもありがとうって言ってもらえる仕事で おめでとうって言って送り出せることが多い産科と新生児科🫶 思うことはたくさんあるけど 看板に出てるのに なんで出てないの！？ってたくさん質問されました🤣 気にかけてくださる方も多かったので 少しだけ自分の現状を共有させてください😅 理由は色々ありますが、、、 高度医療機関で三交代の日々。 24 時間365日、日勤も、準夜勤も、深夜勤もやっているので、他の仕事に比べてまとまった休みがなかなか取りづらいということ、直前まで勤務がわからなくてスケジュールが定かにならないこと。 休みを希望できる日が限られているので、試合も全部出れるわけじゃないこと。 今の自分の年齢と立ち位置で、海外の試合にも挑戦していきたいという気持ちが増していること。 予期せぬ突然のペア解散。 いろいろ調整つかず 今回は出場できませんでした。 いつも応援してくださる皆様には、本当に申し訳ない気持ちですが、 私がどんな気持ちでここまでパデルと仕事を両立してきたか知っている方々から、たくさん元気とエールをもらえた2023年でした🍀☺️ どんな時も応援してくださる方々、日々支えてくれる友達 色んな人に感謝の気持ちです。 本当にありがとうございました！！！😌 プレーはできませんでしたが 試合期間中1日だけお休みで、 会場で同じくパデルを頑張る選手たちの熱を感じられたこと🔥 ベンチコーチと、YouTube実況に入るという新たな経験ができて、とても充実した日になりました😂 今年も無事に全日本が開催されて、本当に色んな方のサポートがあるから成田っているという感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。 ただ、会場にいて、 自分も試合がしたい！！ と強く強く思いました。 目の前の試合に出られないことが悔しい。 パデルができないことがもどかしい。 そんな気持ちになりましたし それだけパデルが好きなんだと実感できたことも確かでした。 スペインをはじめとするヨーロッパや、 南米などでは テニスより競技人口が多い国もあり、 パデルと言って普通に伝わるけど、 今の日本ではなかなか伝わらない。 今回会場になったパデル東京ミズマチは、スカイツリーや浅草に足を運ぶ観光客の方も多く、 通りかかる人が、たくさん観てくださいました。 『なんだろうこれ、テニス？スカッシュ？』 って色んな国の言語が飛び交ってるけど、 『Padel ！！ってガラスに書いてあるよー！！』って言いたかったです🤣🤣🤣 もっと日本の人にも知ってほしいし、観てほしい！ と思うばかり。 いつか日本でももっとパデルが身近になりますように✌️ 2024年の全日本はどの会場になるか分かりませんが、 少しでも多くの方にパデルを知ってもらう機会になると良いなと思います🤭 引き続き頑張ります🫰 #2023 FIP RISE STRATFORD 🇬🇧 個人としては初めての国際大会個人戦！ FIP RISE への出場。 出場してる選手はヨーロッパを中心としたプロばかりで 世界大会で見かけた各国の代表選手も多くいました。 さらにレベルが上がっている印象でした。 結果は1st roundで敗退。 1st set 7-6 2nd set 1-6 3rd set 4-6 相手はスペイン🇪🇸とポルトガル🇵🇹の選手で 自分より何年も何年もパデルのトレーニングを受けてるなとすぐわかる実力でした。 正直とても僅差で、とても悔しかったです。 一つでも多く勝って試合をしたいという気持ちで臨んでいたので残念ですが、 このもどかしさがパデルだなと痛感してます😂😅 ただ、練習してきたことや意識してきたことを出せた部分もあり、少しですが成長も感じられました。 正直パデルのことだけを考えて、準備して向かうということは、現状とても難しいです。 ただ、 自分のできること、できないこと、やりたいこと、 異なる言語や戦い方でもペアとコミュニケーションをとりながら、 本当にわずかな時できたことは 自分の長所な気がしてます🤙 とてもいい勉強になりました！ 決して簡単な挑戦ではありませんでしたが、 世界各国のプロレベルの試合に出場できて とてもいい機会でした！
