I was looking up Youtube tutorials the night before on how to wrap one's hands for boxing, the correct footwork and stance, etc... Boxing is a very interesting sport! Though the hand-wrapping took me several tries to get right 🤣 Fun fact 2: I tried adding an edge light this time using a strip box, to help separate the model from the darker background I quite like how it looked? This year has been a bit of a roller coaster: on the one hand I'm grateful that my friends and I can be vaccinated and finally meet up again. Fun facts: I used bounce flash for the key light here. If I remember correctly I added a "wide angle reflector" to prevent harsh light from the strobe from falling directly onto the subject. However when it comes to actual shooting i usually forget everything, but this time for some reason i have a clear image for this particular shot in my head. I think this is the second shoot I've done this year?
