It's called the "#DiorBambooPavilion." Based on the concept of "Japanese beauty," this pavilion exudes a Japanese aesthetic throughout. A Zen-inspired garden, glass koi fish swimming in the garden, a bamboo forest leading to the entrance, a ceiling and lanterns made from washi paper, seasonal plantings, and a fitting room with tatami walls. (The tatami mats are apparently from Kurume City!) And so on. Japan's finest beauty is combined with the elegance and grace of Dior to create a one-of-a-kind space. Inspired by the facade of the Paris flagship store, the gold-trimmed bamboo exterior offers a clear view of the sky beyond. It's a sight you'll want to visit day or night to enjoy. The play is "Richard III." This is my third Shakespeare performance with Shintaro Mori. The Richard I'm playing this time is the epitome of a cunning and ugly villain. Driven by greed and betrayal, he's the polar opposite of the upright and honest Brutus and vengeful Hamlet I've played so far. But right now, I think I'm more excited about this role than ever before. His loneliness, hurting both himself and others out of feelings of inferiority and jealousy, and dying without a single ally, hated and despised, is something I can relate to. I wish I could dive into that darkness and experience his true feelings. Is the source of his obsessive desire to dominate pure evil or the flip side of lust? Together with Mori and my seasoned co-stars, I will create the Richard III of 2026. At just before the shoot. I went to the costume company where was huge and it has the costume of Indiana Jones too. I found it interesting that the costume fitting is going without the director. That is the completely different from Japan. The apartment I stayed in for the shoot was in St. Albans, an hour's drive north of London. It's a lush, green city with beautiful sunsets. The last photo is an antique decanter I bought in Brighton. When it shattered into pieces just before filming started, I was momentarily unable to think, but all my anxiety and fear about filming disappeared in an instant, and I felt like everything was okay.
