今日はお草履のお話 若い頃に勤めていたお店の直属の上司でもママに ”とにかく一流の物を身につけるのがホステスとして大事” と教えて頂きました センスは 宮脇賣扇庵 @miyawakibaisenan お草履は 祇園ない藤 @gion_naito 19歳の時に、初めて ない藤さんのお草履を知りました 当時のママの彼がお能の先生だったので 和の伝統に対して知識の長けている方が近くにいて 多くを教えて頂けて 和の本を見て魅了されるお草履は いつもない藤さん 高級品ではあるけれど 全て職人さんの手作りで作られるお草履は 自分の足にあった形で作っていただけるので履き心地が良い 若い時は、高いものには手が出ない 同じものを1週間着ることもできないから それでも、お着物は大きな流行り廃りに左右されることがないので 小物の組み合わせで全く違った雰囲気で着ることができる ”若い時は着物を着た方がいい” そう言って頂けたこともあり 自分の中でお金を貯めて いい履物を履こうと決めたのを今でも鮮明に覚えています 靴も私はこだわりが強いけれど お草履も履き物なので同じ感性 ない藤さんのお草履は履き心地もとても良く メンテナンスをして頂きながら長く愛用できます 今も19歳の頃教えて頂いた教えを大切にー __________________________________ 今、とても重視していることは 銀座、高級かつ洗練された街ー そこに準する接客のレベルに上げていくこと 名古屋OPENで駆け出しの頃から 今もなお、銀座のママ含め黒服さん達に大変お世話になり、お客様のご紹介、 時にはご自身が足を運んで下さったりなど、大変深いお付き合いをさせてもらってきた為、 銀座の他店から女の子を引けませんでした。 それが私なりの初めましての流儀だと思っていたから、、、 それなら、どうやって女の子を集めるのか？ 友人やお客様達から 沢山の情報や紹介を頂き 自分たちの足で 北は北海道から南は沖縄まで 自分の目で見て惹かれた子を口説いて、 銀座まで引っ張ってきました。 けれど、 そう言った銀座素人原石達は、 やはり銀座でお店を長年構えているというベースがあってこそ、輝くのだと感じました。 未だベースがないうちのお店に その光が差し込んできてもなかなか育たない。 土壌がしっかりと肥えた場所に 良い種や苗を植えてこそ すくすくと良い木が育っていくんだなって感じます。 博多、中洲の大先輩 『くらぶ 菜々子』の菜々子ママから 大昔に頂いた言葉。 「美香、人は育てるものじゃなくて出逢うものだからね、いい木は勝手に育つから」 という言葉が身に沁みます。 だって 土壌が悪かったら木も腐るし、水質が悪かったら魚も死ぬじゃない⁈ 私たちが今、大事にするべきは 土壌をしっかりと肥やすこと ベースをしっかり作ること この街で、銀座らしさを損なわない お店として構えるという事に 一番自分たちが思いを寄せないといけない そこを飛ばして、人は育たないと学びました。 だから まぁまぁ原石達を放流しまくってます笑 人や物に執着するのは嫌いなのもありますが、窮屈なのに無理に空間を共にするのは何も生まれないから。 そして今、 わが家の教育方針。 教育はとても大切だと思っています。 よく知人達からは 「美香は子供に甘い!」と叱咤されることも少なくありません。 私はシングルマザーであり特に夜のお仕事。。。 親元で、善悪や道徳心をしっかり教えていくことが1番大切だと思うけど、限界もあるから、周りの力を借りて育てていくのもアリだと思います。 昔のお百姓さんのお家は、 お嫁さんは体力があって若いから、一番畑に出て働いて、 子育てをサポートするのが、周りのお年寄りや近所の人たち そういう関わり方が 学力だけじゃなくて人間力も育てていくのだと思う 今は核家族化が進んでいるから、近所付き合いや地域との繋がりがなくて、隣人の名前さえ知らないことも多い世の中。 都心ではみんなクールになって、 他人に興味がなくなっていく 私は子供の未来はみんなで作っていくものだと思う。 だから都内へ引っ越した後も SNSで何かを伝えるのは、難しいと言うよりも苦手。 人の言葉で感銘を受ける時もあれば、 人の言葉に翻弄される時もある。 記録として残すというのは、 とても勇気のいる事だと思う。 だから、ストーリーが多くなってしまう。 24時間で消えるから。 中には丁寧な人がいて、 ストーリーをスクショして送ってくれる人もいる。 自分が3年前、5年前、10年前に、 こんな事を言っていたと、過去の記事をみて、 忘れていたことに驚くこともある。 それぐらい、時の変化によって自分の考えが 変わっている事に気づかれされたりもした。 言葉は人の心を助けるけれど、時には暴力にもなる。 言葉を記録として残していくことがどの様に活かされるのか、私の中でこれからの課題。 1人でも多くの人が 私の言葉に共感してもらえたり救われたり、そんな1ページ1ページになる様に向き合っていきたい
