ご無沙汰しております🙇🏻♀️ 「重症筋無力症」という持病悪化のため 5月15日から入院をして5日間免疫グロブリン静注療法というものを行いましたがあまり効果が見られず 追加で3日間ステロイドパルス療法を行う予定でしたが2日目終了時点で効果は見られず、むしろ悪化傾向が見られたため中止に😣 これ以上今入院して行える治療法がないため帰宅してまいりました😫 帰宅した日は気が抜けてしまいどっと疲れが出て悪化 食べたかったものも首が支えられなかったり、噛むことができなかったりうまく食べられず味も分からず… 辛かった入院治療の効果が期待以下だったことも悔しくて涙が出ました😭💦 それから1週間ちょっと経ちましたが 少しずつ免疫グロブリンの効果が出てきたのか 毎日のステロイド服用量を増やしたからなのか はたまた別の問題である子宮筋腫の症状を抑えるために飲み始めたホルモン剤のおかげなのか… 少しずつ症状は和らいでおりまだまだ四肢の筋力低下は見られるものの介助してもらいながら短時間の外出は出来るようになりました🥰 今回の治療ではおそらくこれ以上の回復は難しいかと思うので、また今後の治療方針（と言っても完治は難しい難病のため毎回一時的な緩和治療という感じですが）を先生と一緒に考えていくことになります😊 そこで毎日とはいきませんが体調を見ながら少しずつご注文いただけるようにしようかなと思っております😌 日によって体調が変わるため事前告知も出来ないのですが、カートオープンする際には都度Instagramのストーリーでお知らせいたします🙌🏻 勝手ばかりで申し訳ないのですが🙇🏻♀️ お待ちいただいていた皆様に少しでも楽しんでいただけたら嬉しいです🥰 月初に終わった今回の点滴治療の効果がなかなか現れず 眼瞼下垂や全身の脱力、疲れやすさなどなど… 重力と戦う日々を過ごしてきましたが いよいよ発送作業をすることが厳しくなってきたため近いうちに病院へ相談しに行くことにしました。 子宮筋腫切除の手術も検討中で、そこに向けて状態を持ち上げなくてはならないため 今後入院して治療…ということが予想され インド刺繍リボンには当たり前のようにどのロールにも刺繍ミスによるデザイン不良や、汚れ（現地での作業は床で行われることが多いため） 機械によるスパンコールの縫込みミスでスパンコールが入っていない箇所などなど… 沢山の不良が1ロールの中に混ざっております 作家様が作品にお使いいただく際に「これは作品に使えないでしょ🥲」というレベルの不良もかなり沢山あります
