Power of Energy · Power of Influence Power is energy in motion. It can be a verb—how a device acts, moves, speaks, and chooses. It can be a device, such as a plane or phone. It can be a noun—the presence you carry, the field you create simply by being. Your presence. Both are alive within you. The power of energy is the unseen frequency you bring into a space. Before words are spoken, before actions unfold, your nervous system, breath, and inner state are already communicating. Presence speaks first. The power of influence arises through expression— the word, the tone, the intention behind speech and action. Words are not neutral. They carry frequency. They shape atmosphere, emotion, and direction. How are these used within your own system? This word power is becoming almost scary to use, as it creates a very insecure environment when the person is misusing the power. We are experiencing this a lot lately. With the brief moments I see online, this “power” is creating fear. But the more we refine, the more we evolve, shift our state, albeit for a moment, getting snapped back into the reality we are in. 🤪 It’s a process, this life. We are all human, trying to find our way. We can create our own power—beautiful, vibrant power of strength, inner stability, of compassion and peace. To rise our inner fire with clarity when we need to. A mother merely needs to look, and it’s like she’s raised a huge sword and holds victory without cutting anything. The knife within the eyes cuts to the truth. These times create great distress and sadness. It’s like somebody has torn the earth beneath those who are suffering’s feet. Gosh, there are many processes that I / we have to personally and collectively go through to process and integrate all of this. For those that are suffering and fighting for their lives, and for some who can only stand and witness, as we are frozen in time. Some of this edited through ChatGPT to be clear. 🙏 And honest

2016 - that year was intense Mum was diagnosed with cancer we were shooting Tour of Beauty Season 2. Yet the extremes of celebrations and deep uncertainty about what was next with MuM. I don’t know what this 2016 is on Instagram whether it has to do with feelings of the time or fashion but it was a reminder of the duality of life itself. Beautiful auspicious few days in India that make the Sun move in a Northern direction. In the Northern Hemisphere. Moving into celebration of the sun, celebrations of crops, decorations, positive mind. Makar Sankranti. - New beginnings! Harvest festival celebrations, Spiritual practice . Makar is the Rashi - the sign Capricorn which is ruled by Saturn. Surya or the Sun moves into this sign which is ruled by Saturn. So a deep Spiritual time, this is when the Kumbh Mela is started for the great Saints Sages, and Sadhus Gurus. Saturn being the most disciplined, is the one who keeps you refining in your Dharma looking at the Karma in life also the discipline that is needed for this, grounded patience. Some may feel that you are being pulled from something which may feel abrupt or you're contemplating or for me, the clarity I got on there's days so again depends... yet it is only the energy going. “Hey, you wanted this yet you are rambling on over there doing what??! 🤣🤭. Sun is the soul - so this is beautiful as it is the year of the Sun who rides on a chariot pulled by 7 horses, reflecting many auspicious ways some say Chakras, 7 meters of sound, 7 days.... Sun our Soul. So again . If you have a moment don’t ask for anything, but maybe sit with what is the dharma your duty your nature, the path. Allow this to unfold with no expectations. Please please please allow what needs to unfold but focus on the one-pointed direction of where you go just as you say ski or surf, if you look in that direction that is where you go. But what if you take a moment to focus even on stabilizing your own energy.. Who knows what unfolds… This is for your entertainment, this is my interpretation and intuitive thought on this, we all have this I'm only sharing mine, as some believe some don’t but always realize you are the maker of your energy. No matter what the stars say you are perfectly where you are ♥️🔱

Mum … this is for you the many Spiritual paths you took Jacqui and I on. One being Buddhist this is for you, many times as I walk into the temples and stupas I see you as you showed us the monastery just outside Auckland. I’m grateful to Karen who was/ is a close friend of mums, mum was given here last days in hospital as we sat there for days hearts breaking we got a call on mums phone we picked it up as mum lay next to us on her last days,Karen had just walked off a plane from India with two monks asking where mum was. We told her where we were, out hearts breaking, she come immediately with the 2 Buddhist monks from the plane. We couldn't believe this!! They stood at the end off her bed chanting sacred mantra. How could this have happened…. ♥️🙏 It was MUM she was her deserving power . She was a seeker hidden in some ways … you may ask where I get it from now you know. 🙏

This - 🤣So as you walk to the temples there is this little temple where a crowd of people are always curious I asked what is going on , Well you close your eyes and spin around then walk towards this little temple in the side of the wall … I might add with your EYES CLOSED as you walk toward on the opposite side of the stairs to hopefully put your prayer hands inside the temple where Your wishes will be fulfilled.... This didn't happen for me today 😂♥️
