We propose enabling employees to create their personalized logos to establish their distinct identity. These designs will serve as communication tools on various items like business cards, helmets, and work attire. Furthermore, our focus is on raising awareness within the company and fostering pride in every employee to drive Arai Construction’s success. Externally, our goal is to showcase a company culture that values diversity and individuality.
