  • Yükseklik hastalığım olduğunu, Arjantin’de, And Dağları’nın zirvesinde öğrendim. 2 bin metreyi geçtikten sonra yavaş yavaş başlayan baş ağrısı, 4 bin metreleri geçince dayanılmaz oldu. Tek çözüm (ağrı kesici değil) fotoğrafta görüldüğü gibi OKSİJEN! Genelde 2 bin metre yükseklikten itibaren kendini gösteren yükseklik hastalığı, oksijen azalması nedeniyle oluşur. En önemli belirtiler, baş ağrısı, bulantı, halsizliktir. “Altitude sickness, the mildest form being acute mountain sickness (AMS), is a harmful effect of high altitude, caused by rapid exposure to low amounts of oxygen at high elevation. People’s bodies can respond to high altitude in different ways.
