でも、その手術による更なる癒着の可能性もゼロではなく、癒着部分があることを理解した上で生活していくしかない 今回、先生が11年前のCT画像を見つけて下さった カルテの保管は5年とのことで、11年前に何のためにCT撮ったのかは不明 私も覚えてない その11年前の画像から既に癒着はあり、もしかすると、そのもっと前からあったかもしれないと… ☀ クールバンダナつけてお散歩出たよ さて、昨日はTaro#月命日 Taroが亡くなってもう2ヶ月、まだ2ヶ月 そんな昨日の夕方、こなつはオチリのポリープ診察へ 5月23日に無麻酔で切除してもらったポリープは、その後、生検結果により#直腸ポリープ状腺腫 と診断されて、悪性のものではないと解り、ホッとしたものの、無麻酔でポリープの表面だけを取り除いたので、今後の再発、再発したあとに悪性に転化する可能性を考えると、麻酔してポリープを根こそぎ取り除くことをすすめられている こなつ、昨日もじーっと我慢して、オチリぐりぐり触診 ポリープ切除から25日経ったけど、大きくはなってないとのこと こなつのポリープは、肛門からすぐのとこにあるので、麻酔して器具を使い肛門を開いてポリープを根こそぎ取り除くことはそんなに難しい手術ではないと説明受けて、7月に手術することに決めてきました それでも麻酔をかけることに怖さはあるけど、そのままにして悪性化は避けたいし、何よりもお願いする先生は、5年前にTaroの瞼の裏に出来たイボの手術もして下さった先生 Taroを最期まで診てくださった先生 5kgのこなつ、スリングお出かけも可能だけど、先日#dogdeptお台場東京ビーチ店 でリュックを買ってみた リュックは荷重量10kgと15kgのものがあったのだけど、こなつには15kg用を購入 リュックを探す際、実際にバックインした感じは耐荷重量だけでは判断不可 ほかのブランドでも10kg対応のバッグ見たら、ほんとに10kgのコ入る？って大きさだった Dog 9歳1日目のこなつ ご機嫌にたっぷり散歩 この時は、まだ午後から病院とは思ってない そう、こなつ、昨日の午後に肛門付近に見つかったポリープを無麻酔で切除してきました 麻酔をかけてポリープ切除して、生検に出して、もし悪いものだった場合、もう一度全身麻酔で手術になる可能性あり 麻酔のリスクを考えて、そして、こなつがじっとしてくれるからこそ出来る無麻酔切除 お願いしてる先生は外科を得意とされてる ポリープ切除前に血液検査と触診してもらい 切除に問題ないことを確認して、こなつを夕方まで預けて帰宅 迎えに行くまで、なんだか落ち着かず DAISOに寄ったら、ご近所わんこが着てたレースの服見つけ、500円とは思えず即買い 夕方、病院へ こなつ、少しハァハァしてたけど大丈夫そう 先生のお話では、こなつ、ポリープ切除の間、とてもオリコウさんに頑張ったとのこと 終わって、フリーにした途端 一度だけ吠えたそうで… きっと「痛かったのよー」だったのか😔 取ったポリープは生検に出して、結果は1〜2週間後 どうか悪いものでありませんように🙏 軽く公園散歩、ちょっとゆるめ💩したけど、とくにオチリ痛そうでもなく一安心 帰宅後、DAISO服着せてみた あら、可愛い😍 ちなみに、サイズはXL こなつ（5kg）にピッタリでした
