を使用して作られ、もちろん動 物性食品はNO🙅♀ステキです✨ さて、私はストーリーズを中心 に動物福祉関連の投稿を多くし ています。 最近知って 衝撃的だったのが、 霜降り肉にする為に、牛たちが 盲目になってしまうということ。 @chinchilla_catlove さん（私の 大切な先輩ヴィーガンで、いつ も知識等を伝えてくれる方） から教えて頂きました。 簡単に説くと、 1.ビタミンA成分を削除した 飼料を牛に食べさせると、 脂肪増殖を抑える機能が 働きにくくなる。 2.すなわち、身体に脂肪が付 きやすくなる。 3.コレがいわゆる「サシ」と 言われるモノ。 4.ところが、ビタミンAが体 内に少なくなると 視神経 に異常をきたす。 5.その程度がひどいと 失明 をしてしまう。 というワケです。 ニンゲンの、「霜降り肉が食べ たい」という欲望の為だけに、 盲目にさせられてしまう牛たち のことを、皆様はどんな風に思 われますか？ 「わぁ、かわいそうだな」 ほとんどの方の反応でしょう。 本領はここからです‼️ その後 「どうするか」という ことなのです。 イヤ、でも食べたいから・・ 人間の為だから そのぐらいの 犠牲は仕方ないかな・・ 畜産業を潰せないでしょ・・ ナニをどんな風に食べようが、 全て人間の自由・・ 世界は今、破滅に向かっている 《ワンコ娘とツーショット🐶👩》 今回は久々ウチのワンコ娘と ツーショットのポストです📮 いつもカメラ向けるとソッポ 向いちゃうヒネクレ娘なのに 珍しくカメラ目線でした🤣📸 さて、長くなるのでいきなり 話題変わりますが、私たちの 周りには危険がいっぱい？！ ワンコ仲間ママさんから先日 聞いたお話。 散歩中、公園で70後半～80代 の高齢の男がすれ違いざま、 乗ってた自転車がふらついて、 ママさんのワンコにぶつかり そうになった。 ママさんビックリして「危な いでしょ！！」って言ったら、 その男が持っていた畑道具の 「クワ」みたいなの振り上げ 「〇〇すぞ！！」って追いか けて来そうになったらしく、 ママさん急いで近くの集合住 宅の中に逃げ込んだ。 高齢で、しかも物を持ってる から自転車の速度も遅く、幸 い それ以上何事も無かった。 その後 警察に連絡したら、 警官がママさんのマンション に来てパトカーで署へ行き、 詳細聴取。 別の警官が公園でそれらしい 男を見つけ、聞き取り。 警官の話ではその男、 「『〇〇すぞ』なんて言った 覚えない」 って言ってたらしい。 とりあえずその件は、警官に よる「厳重注意」ってことで 終了したけど、それ以来、 ママさん怖くてその公園に 行けてない😢 とにかく、こんなニンゲンが 周囲に一杯いる😰 差別偏見はいけないけど、 《大学芋〜２種のカット法で》 畑でいっぱい採れたおイモで 大学芋を作りました🍠 半月切りと、スティック状に カットしたものを２日に分け て作り、撮影しました📸 ナニ 芋料理ばっか作っとん ねん‼️という批判は受け付 けません🤣 大学芋と ひと口に言っても、 調理・カット法、味付けは 人それぞれだったりします。 コレは料理に限らず、生活 全般に言えることですけど。 カット法は 半月、イチョウ、 スティック、さいの目、クシ 型、乱切り等がありますが、 皆様はどれがお好みですか？ 手間だけでいえば、半月か、 乱切りが楽ですよね☺️ 製法としては、私は油たっ ぷりの素揚げはしません。 もちろん、環境と健康に配 慮してのことです🌍🩻 揚げないので、まずある程 度お芋を柔らかくする為に カット後 レンチンします。 そして多めの油に入れ、炒 めながら砂糖、料理酒を加 え、焦げ目が付き、照りが 出たら最後に醤油と胡麻油 少々でフィニッシュ🎉 醤油と胡麻油を入れるのは、 「おかず」として食べたい からです🍚 野菜、果物、穀類、豆類、 海藻、茸などの植物性食品 で栄養素は十分摂れます。 凄惨な工業的畜産の助長に 加担することもありません。 豊かな食生活は「豊かな心」 から生まれるのだと、私は 強く信じています。 他の動物達をニンゲンの 為だけに利用し 犠牲にし、 ニンゲンだけが笑い 勝ち 《苦瓜と炒り豆腐》 (文中の「苦瓜」とはもちろん ゴーヤのことです。私は苦瓜 という呼称の方が好きなので こちらを使用します) 今年も暑い夏でしたが、その せいかまた苦瓜が採れました。 2枚目の写真 手前は白い品種 で、苦みが緑のモノよりは少 ないので、サラダに最適です。 1枚目は、緑の苦瓜を入れた 炒り豆腐。豆腐は 味染みと 食感の為、包丁でキチンと 切らず、炒めながら箸で崩 しています。 味付けは醤油、ニンニク、 塩麹、仕上げに胡麻油。 ご飯に掛けて食べられる よう、全ての具材を小さく しています。 ご飯おかわりしちゃった🤭 食欲の秋ですな🍂 さて、畑といえば虫。 野菜を全滅させるわけには いかないので、やはり やむ を得ず潰したりすることも 悲しいけどあります。 でも、近年よく聞く昆虫食 には私は強く反対します。 ニンゲンはどうせまた畜産 動物と同様、大量に産ませ、 《10月第一日曜は「シャツの日」》 毎年10月の第一日曜日は「シャツ の日」だそうです。（昨日投稿する つもりが忘れてしまい、一日遅れて のポストになりました😅） 日の設定の由来はここでは割愛しま すが、お仕事でワイシャツを着られ る方も多いと思います。もちろん私 もその一人です。 ほぼ毎日着るものだし、仕事着とい うヘビーデューティーを考慮すると、 オシャレ性は二の次、「素材・スペ ック」が重要になります。 私は基本、綿100の形態安定のもの を選んでいます。 麻のシャツは、環境には優しいもの の、シワや肌触りの点で仕事着には 少々不向きかな。 最近では、環境に配慮したオーガニ ックコットンが注目されています。 また、再生ポリエステル糸を使用し たシャツも出ています。 今後新たにシャツを購入する際には、 そういう素材のものを検討したいと 思っています。 とにかく今、人類にとって「地球環 境改善」が最重要事項だと私は思い ます。残念ながら、地球が元の姿に 戻ることはないでしょう。であれば、 少しでも「リフォーム」をしていか なければなりません。 でも、それはあくまで「人類の英知」 だとか、「人類がリーダーとなって」 とか、そんな「人間上位」のおこが ましい考えでは決してなく、「人間 が壊した環境なのだから人間が責任 持って原状回復するの当然でしょ」 《子供の頃の苦い思い出》 私の子供の頃の、今も後悔して いるエピソードをお話しします。 私が小学４、５年生の頃だった と思います。夏休みには母の在 所の田舎に遊びに行くのが毎年 の恒例だったので、その年も楽 しみに行きました。 家の前には川が流れていました。 そして道路の端から、設置され た鉄階段を降り、私は川遊びを 始めたのでした。 その日は一緒に遊ぶ親戚の子も いなく、私一人でした。 ふと、川端の流れのよどみに目 をやると、オタマジャクシが何 匹か泳いでいました。 私はさっそく、その内の一匹を 手ですくい、手の平で泳ぐオタ マジャクシを眺めていました。 手の平の水面に、夏の陽がキラ キラと反射していました。 私はその時、恐ろしいことを思 い付いたのでした。 「このままオタマジャクシを川 に戻さなかったら・・・」 私はオタマジャクシを、夏の陽 に照らされ熱くなった砂の上に 置きました。 そして、熱さでもがくのをしば らく見て、その動きが小さくな ったところで、川に戻しました。 しばらく観察していると、泳ぎ がのろくなったと思ったら、つ いには仰向けになり、オタマジ ャクシはその動きを完全に止め てしまいました・・・ 子供は好奇心などから、時に小 動物などを傷つけたりすること があります。 私は、その時は 「あ、死んじゃった」 ぐらいにしか思っていなかった のかもしれません。 ところが、大人になってから、 ふとした瞬間にあの場面が思い 出されて、 「どうしてあの時、あんなこと をしたんだろう」 という後悔の気持ちが込み上げ てくる。そう、今でも「本当に かわいそうなことをした」と強 く思います。 命は、その生き物一個体にそれ ぞれ一つだけ。代わりは絶対に ありません。 どの個体も、似たように見える 動物だって、全て違う命。それ に、体の大小と命の大きさも無 関係です。 でも例えば、蚊が手に停まって いたら、私もパチン！とします。 家の中にゴキブリがいたら、殺 虫剤を掛けます。 ニンゲンなんて勝手なモノで、 生活上、どこかで命にも線を引 かないといけない。 にしても、現代の世界は、特に 動物たちの命をまるで、 「いくらでも代わりがあるが ごとく」 余りにも粗末にし過ぎています。 そのニンゲンの勝手な命の線引 《ヴィーガンサーモンフライ》 #かるなぁ さんの「ヴィーガン デリ」シリーズから、サーモン フライのポストです✨😊 湯葉を使用しているとのことで すが、昆布ダシで海鮮の旨味も たっぷり。素晴らしい仕上がり で、美味しく、生き物、地球に も優しいのが何より🐟🌎🍀💞 付け合わせのマッシュポテトは 豆乳でのばし、ニンニク、塩胡 椒で味付け🥔 ソースは、胡麻ドレッシングに 豆乳、味噌をプラス。 ところで私は、揚げ物をする時、 材料がかぶるくらいの波々の油 量は使いません。 揚げる材料にもよりますが、フ ライパンに１cmぐらいの深さ の油を注ぎ、材料の向きを変え ながら、油が少なくなってきた ら 都度 足しながら揚げます。 こうすれば 余分な油を使わず、 余った油を次回の揚げ物に使い 回すこともしなくて済みます。 加熱後の油は特に酸化しやすく、 揚げ物をする時は 常に新鮮な油 《私の大切な家族》 今日は２年ほど前の写真から。 私の大切な家族、ワンコ娘の クミンです🐶 さて、私は犬の散歩をして、 時々他の犬連れの方と会う ことがあります。 そんな時、当然その方の犬を 撫でたりするのですが、よく 「この子他人には絶対触らせ ないんです」とか 「この子他人にこんな なつい たの初めて」 等と言われることがあります。 もちろん、高く大きな声を出 さない、上から・正面から近 づいたり手を出したりしない 等のコツはあるけど、やはり 動物は「ナニか」を見ている のです。 私が優しいとかイイ人間とか、 そんなことじゃない……そう、 私の中の「ナニか」を読み取 っているのです。 人間は言葉を使います。でも 私は「心を表すのは言葉では なく 行動である」 と強く信じています。 動物はニンゲンと同じ「言葉」 を話せないばっかりに、ソレ をいいことに、私達人間は、 彼らを虐げてきたのです。 言葉を発しない者の心を知る にはどうすればいいでしょう。 一つには「想像力」です。 こんなコトをされたら痛いだ ろうな、苦しいだろうな、悲 しむだろうな、と。 そして、それに気付いたら、 言葉を発せない彼らの代わり に声を挙げることです。 私が、動物の為だけのコトを 言っていると勘違いしないで 下さい。 動物達に強いている苦しみが やがてもっと大きくなって、 《終戦記念日によせて》 8月15日は終戦記念日です。 大戦終結から78年が経ちます。 今回は、亡くなった祖父母の お話をさせて頂きます。 上の写真3枚は、祖母の語った 戦時戦後のエピソードが ある 書籍に掲載されたものです。 祖母の形見であるその書籍を、 この投稿に使いました。 (見にくいですが、写真の原文 もお読み下さると幸いです） 一枚目は、祖父が出征前に妻 (私の亡祖母)にあてた手紙。 以下要約 お前の好意感謝している 子は宝であり、俺の生命 叱っていけない、 叱らなくてもいけない 子に強いる前に親が勉強しろ 夫婦は二にして一である 俺の生命はお前の中にも 子の中にもある 将来卑しい姑になるな ここからは2・3枚目の要約 祖母は文学が大好きで、雑誌の 投稿で知り合った 無名時代の 作家 林芙美子から上京を誘われ、 夢を叶えようとした頃もあった。 その後 田舎の教員となる。 休み時間に子供たちと大暴れし、 貧しい生徒に教室のストーブで 味噌汁を作ってあげたりした。 「変わった先生」 と村人はささやき合った。 そんな折、ふと口をきき、意気 投合した５歳年下の同僚教員が 若き日の祖父だった。 祖父はある日祖母に小さな紙切 れを渡した。 「姉弟にならないか」 第一子(私の父)が産まれ、すぐ 出征。帰国後、第二子が産まれ、 二度目の出征。帰らぬ人となる。 たった千日足らずの幸せの日々 だった。 あっけなく別れし 夏のひとときを なおせつなくも心せまりぬ （祖母句） 二児を抱え、途方に暮れる。 再婚の良縁を断って、友人から 笑われた。 夫は生きていると信じたい。 占い師の言った 「二十九年の秋にあなたの 夫は必ず帰る」 という言葉がいつまでも心から 消えなかった。 二十九年の九月が暮れゆく日、 「ああ、秋が過ぎていく」 祖母は一人泣いた。 こぞの日の想いなつかし ペン持てる かいなに熱く泪おちくる 祖母にとって、辛く、苦しい だけの戦後だった。 以上要約終わり 祖母は、私が遊びに行くと、 必ずレストランに連れて行っ てくれ、私が美味しそうに食 べるのをいつも静かに笑って 見ていました。 隣人が、罠にかけた鼠を処分 しようとした時、泣いて頼み こんでその鼠を譲り受け、離 れた雑木林に放してあげたり、 当時では珍しく、 「外ではかわいそうだ」 と、犬を家の中で飼うほどの 動物に優しい人でした。 そして、私が会えなかった祖 父は、宇宙物理学者になる夢 をいだいていました。 私が宇宙関連に興味があるの は、そのせいかもしれません。 私はそんな祖父母の血を受け 継ぎ、そして、祖母がいつも 口ぐせのように言っていた 「生きとし生けるものは 大事に。殺生はいかん」 という言葉を、大切な遺志と して守り抜きます。 《私の告白》 仲良しのフォロワーさんにも お話ししてないことを、今日 は皆様にお伝えします。 私は動物福祉の啓発について 毎日 多くのストーリーズを 挙げています。 そんな私ですが、実は、私の 母の姉、つまり私にとっての 叔母が、かつて家族で畜産を 営んでいました。 岐阜県高山市の25kmほど 南 に位置する小さな町でした。 私が子供の頃、母は私にその ことを教えてくれませんでし たが、私が高校生になった時、 何かの機会に母から聴いたの でした。 「出荷する時、牛は涙を流す」 「手塩にかけて育てれば可愛 いもんや」 等と叔母は 母に話していた そうです。 母は私に「可愛いならなんで あんなことするんやろ?」と よく言っていました。 （私の両親は若い頃からベジ タリアンです） 現在の大規模工業的畜産では なく、家族経営 副業的なもの だったので、小さな牧場で 放 し飼いに近い 比較的穏やかな 飼い方をしていたそうです。 当時 叔母一家は裕福でした。 でも、程なくして、夫は病死。 その息子も、成人になってか ら、原因不明の高熱を出して は快復するという、奇病に襲 われるようになり、40代後半 で亡くなりました。 叔母もその後、母と音信不通 になりました。 母は7人兄弟で 叔母とは年差 もあり、もし叔母が存命なら 今年で96歳になります。 母は「やっぱり殺生はするも んやないな」と言います。 もちろん、どこにでもこの程 度の不幸は転がっています。 私はこれを畜産と結び付けよ うとは思いません。まして身 内のことですし。 でも私が言いたいのは、人に よっては、「バチが当たったの では?」等と思われるような所 業は やっぱりしない方が良い のではないか、ということ。 畜産家の批判でなく、食べる 人がいるから、育てる人、殺 す人が存在する。 それが世界で年間800億頭など という大量ともなれば、必然 的にその扱いも凄惨を極める。 丁寧にできる訳が無いのです。 人間が食べる為にせよ、生き たまま首を切られたり、釜茹 でにされたり、撲殺されなけ ればならない いわれは、動物 達にはありません、絶対に。 私は皆様に何度でも呼び掛け 続けるつもりです。 週イチでもいい、「ミートフ リーデー（肉食しない日）」 を 各ご家庭で設けて下さい。 すが、今どきは写真アプリ で色々できるから👍💕 ちなみに、私は高校２年生 の時、ヘア雑誌記事を読ん でからずーっと、ブローは 冷風のみです💨 忙しい時、冬季は、始めは SCALPモードのヌルい風で やりますが😅 とにかく私は「ナニか」に とって悪い、って分かると、 比較的執着無く、ソレを止 める、他のモノに変える、 コトができます☺️ 肉食もその一つ。最近TVで 盛んに、世界酷暑の話題を
