I created in collaboration with @vii.x.xcvi for @berlinartweek @blinkbrln @platte.berlin The rope embodies traces of memory bound, entangled, and twisted over time, remaining unresolved and never fully undone. What is sealed within it is the “blade of emotion,” overflowing from the inside. Memory and emotion intertwine, sometimes merging, sometimes breaking apart, yet together they trace the figure of the human body human existence itself and reveal a universal structure resonating with both nature and the cosmos. That structure pulses not only through the vast universe and the ground beneath our feet, but also quietly within the inner depths of each viewer. What emerges here is the image of emotion embraced by memory. As legend has it—or perhaps not—there was once a highest form of punishment in which the bound were affixed to "Tatami" and suspended high above the streets of Edo.
