ん？なんか手首が痛い…。そのうち治るかなとそのままにしていたけど、１週間くらい？してもズキズキする。 これは受信かな？と、慣れない整形外科に行きました。 エコーで見てくれて、あとは指を曲げたりして（イタタタ！となりました）、「けんしょう炎です！」となりました。 注射打ちますか？ 薬や湿布だけ処方もできますが結局治らないことも多いです。 とのことで…打ちました。 注射、ちょっと苦手だけど、 息子もいたから大人の威厳を放ちました🤣笑 内心、やめて〜やめて〜😢と思いつつ。 でも、無事に治ってホッとしました。 どこかが痛い時にこうしてお医者さんにかかれる有り難さを実感しました。 ありがとうございました。 整形外科の待合室で話しかけてくれた、おばさまにもほっこりしました〜♡ #腱鞘炎 #腱鞘炎痛い #整形外科 #腱鞘炎注射 #イラストレーション #イラストレーションズ その真っ直ぐな生き方に、自分はなんてつまらない事考えているんだ〜とはっとさせられる。 そう、まずは難しいことは置いておいて、今何が大事なのかを考えるようにしよう。 そうしないと人生はあっという間に過ぎていっちゃう。 どうしても苦しさから離れられない時は、ちょっと場所を変えてみたらいいのかも。 自分が悪いんだから、もっと自分が変われば良いんだって思うのも必要な時もあるけど、それを続けていると何もできなくなっちゃうかもしれない。 自分と自分の人生を大事に愛して生きていきたい。 楽をするって事じゃなくて、 真剣に楽しんでいきたい。 覆い被さってくるモヤモヤは吹き飛ばして、 そして悲しいことも笑いに変えたい。 今、目の前に黒い雲が広がっていたとしても、 世界の景色はそれだけじゃないはず。 一歩踏み出してもっと広い世界を歩いていくんだって、 そのつまらない悲しみにつまずいて 止まっていたくない。 もうどこにもいけない、八方塞がりだと思っても 道は必ずある。 泣きながらでも良い、 前を見ることができれば。 いつも笑って元気な人に会ってすごくパワーをもらった。 でもその人もたくさんの事を抱えて、 そして乗り越えて歩いてきた。 そうだ、私ももっと明るく、笑って過ごしたい。 手がカサカサしすぎて石鹸が染みるようになってしまい、だめだ〜と気づく私。遅いですね。笑 ハンドクリームの話じゃなくても、 日々の中で無理を重ねるのは良くないな〜と 改めて感じる私なのでした。 ハンドクリーム節約ブームが終わった私の手は、 たっぷりクリームを塗って、 しっとりしています。 無理はだめだね。 お手手ごめんね。と思った私なのでした。 ちなみに良いと思ったハンドクリームは、 イベントごとは自分たちのペースでやるのが1番。 最近色んなところに出かけて気になるものを見たりしているのですが、結局は自分の近くにあるもので事足りていると思うことも多々あったり。 もたろん素敵なものを見に行って吸収するものも多いけど。 洋服やアクセサリーも試着するのが1番なんだけど、出かけるのが億劫な時はオンラインで気楽に、もありだなぁと。 その時の気分で色々選んでいけたらいいな、 柔軟に。 うまくいかない現実を一生懸命見続けない。 ブラックホールに引っ張られるから。 生きるって難しいな〜暮らしって大変だな〜。 最近改めて感じます。 イライラするのも、悩むのも生きてるから。 悲しい、不安、嫌だって感じられるならまだ大丈夫。 そう、私はいつも思っています。 自分に感情がなくなるのが怖いから、 楽しいも辛いも何も思えない場所は怖すぎるから。 だからちょっと先行き怪しいな…って思ったら 周りは気にしない。 自分のリカバリーを最優先。 母として、大人として…だめなことかもしれない。 でも、自分を救ってあげられるのは自分だけ。 それに、 みんな自分が生きるのに一生懸命。 だから思ったよりも私のことは気にしてない、気にできない。 そんなことを思いながら、 最終的には、まだ明日も生きられる、 健康があるから大丈夫、とても幸せ。 と、思って布団に包まるのです。 そうやって、毎日、少しずつ少しずつ。 ああ〜今日も1日終わることができた。 もうだめかも、いやもう少し頑張れる、 そして時々くる、楽しいな〜の気持ち。 人生はそんなに甘くないし、キラキラもしていない。 でもその苦しさと丁寧に向き合えば 豊かな気持ちでいられるのでは、と思いながら。 今日もありがとうございました。 明日も、楽しもう〜楽しみましょうね〜。 #イラストレーション #絵日記 #明日も ヒートテックを1枚多く仕込むミドサー(この言い方最近覚えました〜まだ30代だよっという謎のふんばり…笑） お仕事はちゃんと？お洋服着るけど、帰ってきてこどもの習い事の送迎は完全リラックスモードで、#ユニクロボアスウェットパンツ でモコモコで出かける私。 もう、仕事から帰ってきたらあとは気張らずにやりたい…。 最近思うのですが、体力大事！ それがあることで、日々の豊かさがアップする気がする。 どういう方法が1番良いんだろう… やっぱり歩くのがなんやかんや1番やりやすい。 あとはヨガ。 筋トレとかしてみたいが、何から始めればいいのやら。 そして筋トレは続かない🏋️ ヨガは気持ちいいから続く。 こんな甘々で大丈夫でしょうか。 とにかく体力の大事さを実感するので、 できる限りでやっていきたい。 なんで体力が大事かっていうと、 やはり健康で毎日を楽しめるためです。 もう、健康がいちばん。 絵を色んな人に見てもらう、展示をする。 雑誌の挿絵を描いてみたい！ 絵本を出したい。 お料理のお店をやりたい！ ひとつ目は徐々に実現できてる♡ 私が絵を描いていて、1番幸せに感じるのは、絵を誰かの暮らしの中に置いてもらえること。 色んな所で展示して沢山の人に見てもらいたい。 雑誌の挿絵はずっとやりたいな〜と思っていること。 本の表紙やカットも描いてみたい。 絵本は小さい頃からずーっと思っていること。 でもこれはきっと長い道のりなんだろうなって 思っています。 最後のはうっすら考えていて、 最近色々調べてみたら急に現実味を帯びてきた。 シェアキッチンで試してみて、 そしていつか小さなご飯屋さんをやりたい。 自分の、そしてご飯を食べにきた人の あたたかな居場所を作りたい。 思っていることを言語化するって大事だな〜と 改めて感じて。 書いてみました。 私は気になっていたカフェへ行き、季節のマフィンとコーヒー。フラットホワイトというのを🥛 泡を潰してあって、カフェラテよりもミルク感を感じるそうです。へぇ〜と思いながらいただきました。 マフィンはいちごが入っていて、こういうのもアリなんだ！と気付かされました。 いちごは生もいいけれと、ジャムや焼き菓子にあるとさらに美味しい気がします。
