  • タイの日中暑いから夜にゴルフ🇹🇭 . . . ナイトゴルフは白からしか回れないらしく距離だいぶ短かったけどアンダー出せたからよかった。月1,2の頻度でも意外とスコアキープ出来てて良い感じ。

  • Tokyo Powerlifting Championships 2024 Spring SQ: 210kg/462lbs (-15kg PR)1/3 BP: 132.5kg/292lbs (+2.5kg PR)2/3 DL: 230kg/507lbs (+5kg PR)3/3 Total:572.5kg(-7.5kg) 6/9 Coming off a hip injury, not being able to squat and deadlift properly for a while definitely set my standard not too high for this meet. My goal was to just hit a nice 10kg total PR(590kg) and go home. I knew that wasn’t gonna happen after my squat attempts cause I missed the last two attempts(missed call and fail). At that point I could either throw in a towel or tried to fight through. I chose after. I’m happy with two small PRs I hit on bench and deadlift. I will come back stronger. See you in fall. 新年いきなり腰やって2ヶ月くらい座るのも痛かったのによくここまで戻せた。 スクワット第一第二落として（コールミス、潰れ）メンタル一瞬やられそうになったけど会場に10人くらいいた友達の応援で最後まで集中して頑張れた。友達、大会関係者の人に感謝。秋は620あたり目指す。

  • Meet Recap: 580kg / 1278lbs (+12.5kg PR) SQ: 225kg / 496lbs (+2.5kg PR) BP: 130kg / 286lbs (+2.5kg PR) DL: 225kg / 496lbs 7/9 +12.5kg to my total despite missing two third attempts was nice. 結果はまずまず。前回大会で自己ベスト更新出来ずに悔しい思いしたから今回更新出来て良かったけど、満足出来る結果ではないかな。スクワットとデッドリフトの第3試技両方落としたのが悔しすぎる。トータル600kgいきたかった。 大会関係者、当日サポートしてくれた仲間、応援してくれた友達、コーチ、みんなありがとうございました。 大会も終わってしばらく休んでたゴルフを再開するので寒くなる前に沢山ラウンド行きましょう。
