I’m Mamun, manager of the Matrigor Factory in Bangladesh. As Motherhouse’s very first production site, our journey in Bangladesh has been full of challenges and learning. One of my most vivid memories is moving into our new factory in October 2011 (photo 1). Watching it come to life made our long-held dreams feel real.
