その年のレモンの出来を吟味し、一番美味しい状態の中吉屋在来種レモンを皆さまにお届けしたいため、 年明け1月からレモンは徐々に収穫/販売、 本シーズンは3月を予定しております。 下記、第一弾の収穫となります。 【中吉屋/マイヤーレモン】 レモンとオレンジを掛け合わしたような独特な香りのマイヤーレモン。 外皮はオレンジピールのような香りを持ち、果汁が抜群にとれるのが特徴です。 レモンの酸味が苦手といわれる方でも、味がマイルドなので美味しくいただけます。 年末の寒波により今年度は収量がとても少なく数量限定となります。来年度は収量上がります。 【中吉屋/ポンカン】 中吉屋の個人的におすすめの柑橘です。 独特な甘い香りを放つ柑橘で、コクのある甘くて濃いしっかりとした果肉が特徴です。ミカンと比べ果肉感が強く、薄皮ごとまるごと美味しい、食べ応えある食感を楽しめます。 ご注文いただいた皆さま、ありがとうございました。 折角ご連絡いただいておりましたが、シーズン終了で惜しくも中吉屋のレモンをお試しいただけなかった皆さまには申し訳ございませんでした。 今年度は、中吉屋もいろいろございました。 今年明けには、広島の農園の土地では珍しい大寒波があり、レモンの実が沢山落ちてしまい生産量に大きな影響がありました。 また今年度は例年に比べて暖かくなる時期がとてもはやく、通常だと今の時期には余るほどレモンが収穫できるところ、 今年度は寒波の影響によりレモンの生産量が下がったこと、また気温が例年より高くはやい時期から販売スタートしたことにより、既に今の段階でレモンが完売済みとなってしまいました。 いま第二弾のすこし緑がかったレモンが大きく成長していきますので、来月7月もう一度レモンを販売できるかというところです。
