MASA CHAI@κεφι MASA CHAIは κεφιの主役☕️ 私たちがスパイスと茶葉を選び 2021年に販売始めましたこれを実際に淹れて飲んでいただく場を作りたいと思いκεφιが始まりましたチャイは茶葉、水、ミルク、スパイス、糖分でできていますスパイスはアーユルベーダや漢方に使われそれぞれ「効能」がありますがそういった知識は一旦おいといて飲んだ時の感覚を感じ取っていただけたらいいなと思います同じレシピで作っていますが不思議と毎回違った味や体感があります自然な食品は季節や気候で変化しますし私たちのカラダやココロも常に変化しているからですこういう変化を感じると今の自分の状態をもっと知れたり口に入れるものカラダへの影響にも気付くようになりますこむずかしい理論はおいといて全身で感じる機会を楽しんでいただけたら嬉しいです <茶葉> オーガニックアッサムCTC インド北東部のアッサム地方にあるジャリンガ農園から <オーガニックスパイス> カルダモンジンジャーシナモンブラックペッパー Masa Chaiは爽やかな香りのカルダモンが多め <糖分> オーガニック黒糖 κεφιのチャイは甘さは控えめミルクもチャイに合ったカラダに極力優しいものをセレクトしています全く甘味を摂りたくない方向けに糖分ゼロのチャイもご用意しています他にも・生搾りジンジャーチャイ・ギーチャイ・ラムチャイ(お酒です) ・アイスチャイご用意あります Masa Chai is the star of κεφι ☕️ We selected tea leaves and spices and have been selling them since 2021. We wanted to create a shop where people can actually come and taste our chai. That's how κεφι started. Chai is sweetly spiced and deeply warming made with tea leaves, water, milk, spices and sugar. The spices are used in Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese medicine, and each spice has its own "effect". But let's put that kind of knowledge aside, and enjoy the feeling when you drink it. Although we use the same recipe, the taste and sensation can change each time. That’s because the taste of natural foods change with the seasons and climate. Our body and mind are constantly changing as well. When you feel these changes, we can learn more about our current mind and body conditions and also become more aware of the effects of what we put in our mouths. Enjoy the moment to feel it with your whole body. <Our Tea Leaves> Organic Assam CTC from Jalinga Estate in the Assam region of northeastern India. <Our Organic Spices> cardamon, ginger, cinnamon, black pepper Masa Chai has a lot of cardamon with fresh aroma. We also select milk and sugar that are gentle to the body and match our chai. Our Story κεφιはカラダとココロにやさしいドリンクや食べものやモノをあつかうお店ですそれはκεφιを始めたのは鍼灸マッサージ師の夫婦だからです私たちは自由が丘にある治療院で患者さんのケアをさせていただいています髭マスターMasashi🧔🏻は鍼灸の学生さんやセラピストさんに技術を教える講師もし店長Rika🧑🏻は鍼灸師やセラピストに英語を教える講師や翻訳もしています旅も大好きです休みもちゃんと取りますですからcafeとしての営業時間は限られてしまいます。。。私たちは美味しいものが大好きで中でもチャイやスパイスカレーにハマりチャイの茶葉とスパイスの販売を 2021年から始めましたそして2023年から私たちが淹れたチャイを飲んでいただくなど治療院ではできないことを提供する場を作りたいという想いから κεφιを始めることとなりましたお店ではチャイ以外・オーガニックコーヒー・自家製ドリンク・自家製オーガニック米粉スイーツなども提供しますしイベントも不定期でします (インスタで告知します) 店内でドリンク飲みながらお灸体験もきます♨️ 普段患者さんにお伝えしているカラダやココロのこと κεφιでもお伝えできたらとも思っていますそんなちょっと変わったカフェですがお越しをお待ちしています🙇🏻‍♀️ At κεφι, we handle drinks, foods, and goods that are gentle to the body and mind The reason is because it’s a couple of acupuncturists that started κεφι On weekdays, we provide care for patients at a clinic in Jiyugaoka. Master Masashi 🧔🏻 also teaches techniques to acupuncture students and therapists. Manager Rika 🧑🏻 also teaches English to acupuncturists and therapists, and does translation work. We also love to travel So our café's operating hours are limited...
