At that stage they were relatively unknown, including not having any official releases as yet. Their first album “VANTABLACK” was released in November 2019 after their coming debut single “Beatwave”.In 2020, THE ALEXX released 3 songs. “Beatwave (Takkyu Ishino Remix)” was released in May 2020 and added to Spotify editorial playlist Indie PALACE and Apple Music New Music Daily playlist, with the accompanying music video filmed in Tokyo under the declaration of a state of emergency becoming a hot topic. “Something Great” was a masterpiece running 9:47 minutes long. “Outsider” was the first song with Japanese lyrics. The band’s live video work “DogMan Live -episode 1- to -episode 3- and GROOVETUBE presents THE ALEXX LIVE were uploaded on Youtube. THE ALEXX played as a closing act in the 2020 New Year’s Eve all-night (live) streaming countdown event 「KEEP ON FUJI ROCKIN'Ⅱ〜On The Road To Naeba 2021〜」 .THE ALEXX’s 7th single track “COLD LOVE” was released in February 2021.
