* 胃腸炎でダウンしてた あんちゃん、 日曜に診察してもらったら良くなってまして エコーも問題なし、 血液検査は、むしろ以前よりいくつかの数値が回復。 しかし相変わらずあんまり元気も食欲もないので うーん、なんなんだろうなぁと思っていたのだけど もしかしたらメンタルの問題！？ということになり。 実際のところは分かりませんが… 少しずつごはんもおやつも食べるようになって シッポもふりふりするようになったのでひと安心。 このまま色が細くなって弱ったらどうしようと とてもとても心配でした。 私が心配性すぎてあまりにベッタリ過ぎたかな… などと反省もし、ねえさんもだいぶ元気になったので 3週間ぶりに、飼い主、寝室で就寝しました…！！ よく寝た… そして今日はおともだちに誘われてお出掛け。 推し活以外、ほとんど外出してなかったから * ねえさん、起きてる間はほぼずっと咳き込んでますが 食欲もあり、散歩欲もあり、元気です。 いろいろと励ましのお言葉くださったみなさま 本当にありがとうございます。 飼い主、コメント無精なもので、 お返事もせずで申し訳ありません。 肺炎も併発した時は、正直、かなり覚悟をして 母にも会いに来てもらう算段をしてたのですが 日帰り入院を続けた甲斐もあってか 思ったより早く順調に肺の状態が良くなり ほどなく体重も1.9kg台まで戻りました。 めざせ2kg。 食欲がなくなった時の悪化具合って ほんとに半端なくて あっという間に弱りますね… 元気が戻ってくるにつれて咳も再び酷くなり みずから酸素室に入って安心してたのも束の間、 元気になると酸素室にはあまり入りません… 利尿剤のせいでトイレの頻度も増えてるので 酸素室に入れておくのが本当に難しくて。 あとオナラもしょっちゅうしてて (空気を吸い込んでるのと、お腹の調子も良くない) やっと寝た…と思ったら 自分のオナラにびっくりしてすぐ起きちゃったりで なかなか安眠もできないみたい。 夜中は咳がひどくなる時間帯で 明け方くらいにやっと落ち着いて眠るので 朝はできるだけ起こさないようにしてて 私も10時過ぎくらいからやっと活動開始。 みたいな生活を送っています。 おさんぽも少しずつ。 ねえさんはやっぱりお外が大好き。 …… * 心臓をケアする食事というのはあまりないようですが そのうち腎臓が悪くなると大変だということで (心臓と腎臓では、水分の対策が真逆のため) ねえさん、腎臓の療法食をすすめられていたのですが あれこれいろんなメーカーのを試したけど食いつきが悪く とりあえず食べることを優先にして、諦めかけていました。 先日、姉妹そろって血液検査をしたら もしかしたらあんちゃんもそろそろ腎臓ケアが必要かも… となり、やっぱり諦めちゃいかんということで 新たな試供品をいただき(写真❶) 帰り道におやつがわりにあげてみたら食いつきが良く！ 家では、お肉に混ぜてあげたりしています。 先生曰く、いくつかの腎臓ケアフードを ローテーションしながらあげるといいですよということで もう少しバリエーションを増やしていきたいところ。 ヘルマンのキドニーフィットも食べてくれた。 あとPOCHIのスープ系トッピングも低リン・ナトリウム のようなので試してみようかな。 ちゅーるにも低リン・ナトリウム用があって常備。 ただこれはあくまでおやつなので あまりにも食べずに困った時の味方。 あと、腎臓食ではないですが 我が家はペッツルートさんのものがお気に入りで 写真❷ セミドライフード 写真❸ やわらかいチュロス風おやつ チュロスは、お散歩中に知らないおばさまから たくさん買ったの！というのでお裾分けしていただき めちゃくちゃ食いつきが良くて超お気に入り。 珍しい鹿肉。やわらかくて食べやすいみたい。 あとはローソンで売ってる「ささみソフト細切り」 食欲が落ちてもこれだけは絶対食べるので 大量に常備。 もう固いものとか、カロリー高いものとかは無理なので 美味しく食べれる物をあれこれチョイスしながら うまくやっていければいいな。 食べることは、生きること。 ほんとは起きてる時も穏やかでいてほしい。 酸素室は引き続きレンタルしていて 中に入ると咳は止むんだけど リラックスはできないみたいで。 それでも借りた当初はずっと突っ立ってたのが 一応お座りはするから、すこしだけ進歩。 ほんとは中でお水飲んだりトイレしたり してほしいんだけどなぁ。 もう長年ケージレスで過ごしてきちゃったから なかなか難しいものです。 今日は試しに寝室に酸素室を持ってきて * 昨日は、姉妹そろって病院へ🏥 帰りにいつものカフェでTAKE OUT待ち。 あんちゃんの右臀部腫瘤は、問題ナシでした！ 抜糸してもらって、一件落着。 術後、抗生剤💊も難なく飲めたし、 傷口を舐める様子もまったくなく、 あんちゃんがんばりました👏 ねえさんは、咳がますます酷くなってしまい またお薬増えた… あとは、気管支の内視鏡検査をするかどうか 数週間後くらいに検討する予定です。 * 一時期、チキンスープに混ぜてシリンジで飲ませる💉 というので落ち着いてたのですが、 私が手荒だったのかヘタクソだったのか 下痢気味で食欲がなかったこともあいまって これまただんだん嫌がるようになってしまい… 今度はオブラートを利用してみることに。 イチゴ味なんですって。 何回かに分けてオブラートに包んで それをさらにケーキ類で包んで 一口大くらいになるようにして、パクッと。 噛んじゃうとまた薬の存在がバレるので 微妙なサイズ調整がポイントです。 この2ヶ月あれこれ試行錯誤を繰り返したけど 犬はやっぱり学習する生き物で 一度嫌な思いを味わうと、それを避けてしまう。 薬を混ぜた食べ物は警戒して食べなくなるし なぜかカリカリまでまったく食べなくなったし。 ねえさんにとって、ごはんの時間があまり 楽しいものじゃなくなってるのが分かって。 薬を飲ませるためとはいえ、それは良くないなと。 食べる楽しみを奪いたくないなということで 割り切って、お薬にはオヤツの力を借りることに。 時間帯も、ごはんとは別にして、あげてます。 あくまで、オヤツ。ごはんじゃなくて。 オヤツだよー！のテンションが大事。 そしてこれには キッチンドッグのデザートの数々が役立つ！ 粘性のあるものが包みやすいので ハロウィン🎃バージョンの蒸しパンとか パンプディング🍮とかにくるんであげてみましたら わりとそのままペロリ。打率9割くらい。 薬の匂いが紛れるだけで、ずいぶん違うらしい！ なるほど、犬の嗅覚は侮れませんな。 本当は腎臓の療法食をすすめられてるから 理想からはほど遠い食生活なんだけど、それでも だいぶごはんの時間が楽しくなってきたようで、 今日の夜は見事に完食しました😋 いやー、ほんとに、いろいろ大変です。 起きてる間は咳もひどいし。
