今回SIXPAD製品の、ヒップにアプローチした【Hip Fit】に新色グレーが発売し、お試しさせていただきました。 立つ・歩く動作といった日常生活を送る上での基盤となる大臀筋(お尻)は、下半身の中でも大きな筋肉なので これからの未来を健康的に生きていくためにも重要な部位。 わかっていてもそのために🏋️時間をとるっていうのが難しいのもOVER40世代なんだよね🙂↕️ でもHip Fitは自宅で簡単にお手入れができる上に、EMSによくある専用のジェルシートも必要ないから続けやすい。 コストもかからないって、長く続ける上で大事よね〜✨ ちなみ私は158cmでドーンとしたヒップですが、Mサイズにしました。 ジャストサイズですが、太腿が張っている体型なので腿への食い込みは若干気になる🫣 でもヒップへのアプローチはいい感じかなと思いましたよ。 STYLING #ootd 】 @gu_for_all_ の ウオッシュドスウェットワイドパンツの ブラウンの色味が好みでとうとう(←え)購入🤭 そこから組んでいったらオールブラックならぬ オールブラウンのコーデになりました。 スウェットにパーカーは、 今年50になる私にはどうなのか⁉︎と 思いつつの挑戦！ オールブラックだと顔色がどんよ〜り😱 かなり工夫しないと地味子になってしまうし、 グレーだと部屋着っぽくなりそうな気もするし🐭 というわけでブラウンスウェットは なかなか使いやすくオススメかと存じます。 茶色って「赤み」があるから カジュアルでもちょっと女性らしい印象を 作りやすいの。 あとは単調にならないように ちょいちょい「白」を挟んでメリハリつけたり、 アウターはあえてキレイめを選んでます。 これでダウンコートきたら息子と変わらんくなる😂 #GU#スウェット
