終了しました。昨日は作家の井上さんに在店いただき、大変盛り上がりました。盛り上がりすぎて写真など何も残っていませんが、たくさんの方のご来店ありがとうございました（ @ocha_tsuchikiri こちらに1枚だけありました）。現在、竹細工の在庫がかなり少なくなってしまいましたが、この数日でまた追加で作ってくださるとのこと。週末にはもう少し増やすことができると思います。ぜひいらしてくださいね。 4月18日、19日「金継ぎワークショップ」のお知らせです。1席 キャンセルが出ました。SOLD OUTになっていましたが、今お申し込みが可能です。 本漆を使って直す金継ぎではなく、パテや新うるし、真鍮粉などを使用して直す「簡易金継ぎ」とも呼ばれる手法です。欠けてしまった器を直してみたい方、ぜひご参加ください。 場所 : おちゃ道具ツチキリ 日時：2025年4月18日（金）19日（土）の2日間 「 井上湧 竹細工の台所道具展」〜2日目 だいどこ道具ツチキリ 4月4日（金）〜4月14日（月）※作家6日在廊予定 井上湧さんの個展 ２日目が終了しました。蕎麦笊などなくなってしまったのですが、明日、井上さんが持参してくださるということなので少しほっとしています。お昼頃にはだいどこ道具の方に到着予定です。お天気があまり良くないようで 心配なのですが、若き竹細工職人 井上湧さんにぜひ会いに来てくださいね。 今日は楕円籠と茶碗籠をご紹介します。 楕円籠はあまり見かけないゆるいカーブの楕円の平笊です。野菜を干すためや食器を乾かす伏せ笊として、またお蕎麦やおうどん、そーめんなどの水切り笊としても楕円は場所をとりません。竹がすっきりと水を吸い込むため、笊に触れた麺がベタつかず最後まで美味しくいただけるというわけです。 1枚目写真はツチキリ家のシンク横に洗い籠として置いた、楕円籠の大サイズです。洗い物の一時置きとしていい感じに収まりました。2枚目は洗った食器を伏せて乾かす水切りのための茶碗籠、あげ底になっていて深さもあるため、結構な容量が入ります。胴体は編みヒゴで編み上げ、そのまま足へぐるりと回した縁巻きの足で全ての重みを負担なく支えるということです。風通しのよい竹籠は最高の仕事をしてくれますね。 【ON 井上湧さんの竹細工をご紹介します(おちゃ道具は4/3から）最初にご紹介するのは今回だいどこ道具ツチキリがお願いして作っていただいた小さめの引っ掛け籠です。キッチンで使う、ちょっとしたものを収納するかわいいサイズの籠があるといいな、とお願いしました。小さいけれど縁がしっかりと巻いてあり、籠の部分はピッシリと目が詰まっています。ちょっとやそっとでは変形しない籠です、さすが湧くん。２枚目はもう少し軽やかな六目あみ籠、こちらは風通しをよくしておきたいものを入れたいですね、ニンニクやタワシとか似合います。コーヒーのペーパーフィルターもいいですね。軽いのでプッシュピンで大丈夫ですよ。若き竹細工職人、井上湧さんの仕事をご覧ください。 ハマジさんとツチキリの関係は、遡ればコロナ真っ只中の3年前、はまじさんのラジオ番組に呼んでいただいたことが始まりです。『キドアイラク譚』の中には、はまじさんがツチキリで買ってくれた「ホットサンド」についてのエッセイがあるんです。はまじ家の朝を豊かにしてくれているそうで、そんな素敵なストーリーがいくつも書かれているのです。 そしてそして今回の刊行を記念して、ツチキリと縁の深い「ハイムゾーネのegg 均等に溝が掘られた丸盆・角盆、前田さんの人気のお品です。どうしたらこんなに美しく柔らかくノミの跡がのこるのかいつも感心してしまいます、熟練の技術ですね。ノミ跡は水滴がついた物がくっつかないよう、機能性も兼ね備えています。毎日手に触れる贅沢な日用品です。今回の丸盆は、材料が手に入った時しか作れない35cmが届きました、配膳にも使える安心のサイズです。角盆も27cm角の正方形や40×27cmの食事をすべてトレイに載せてそのまま食卓で食事を楽しむことができるサイズなど、大きめのものも揃っています。お楽しみに！ 「 前田さんのカッティングボード 」 Ki-to-te前田充さんの展示会が迫ってまいりました。店主がお気に入りで、日々使っている前田さんの木の道具をご紹介します。 前田さんのカッティングボードは、「取っ手」が特徴的です。 少し長めで、何の飾り気もない持ち手なのですが、丸棒のようになっているのでサッと掴めます。 そして触ってみないとわからないのですが、持った時に滑らないように、細かくノミで彫ってあるのです。 丸みのある断面も同じように面取りがしてあり、木の硬い表情を柔らかな印象にしています。 もちろん持った時も触り心地がいい！ フラットな面に対して取っ手が華奢かな、 と一瞬感じるのですが、そのバランスだからこそ、愛嬌があるのです。 シンプルな形なのに、なんか可愛いのはそこなのだ！と最近気づきました。 ツチキリに来てくださるお客様が何人かいらっしゃいます。今年も「スツールはありますか？」とご質問いただいております。今回はだいどこスツールの他に「畳ずりスツール」のナラがあるようですよ。こちらは座面が広いのでゆったりと座りやすく、人気があります。そして畳やカーペットが傷ついたり、跡がついたりしにくいように、畳ずりをつけて接地面を広くし、さらにクロスさせることで360°どの方向にも引っかかりにくく、スーッと滑らせることができるように作ったそうです。実際に座ってみると気持ちよさに驚きます、ぜひ体感してみてくださいね。 「 2025 新生活の台所道具 」〜その2 ・ 新生活に揃えたい台所道具の第2弾です。今回は今までインスタでご紹介していなかった商品をご紹介します。春は道具の見直し時期ですね、ツチキリのセレクトが参考になったらうれしいです。 ⚪︎ オイルビネガーボトル 200ml／350ml 蓋の開閉が片手でできるので便利です、以前は大きいものしかありませんでしたが、200mlと350ml でちょうどよいサイズが揃いました。液だれしませんし、キレイに使えます。小さな注ぎ口は、空気が侵入しにくいので酸化を防ぎ、また少しずつ必要な量を出せるのでとても使いやすいです。ワンタッチで開く蓋は、キッチンでの作業をスピーディーにします。 ⚪︎ソルト＆シュガージャー 300ml 砂糖、顆粒調味料などワンタッチで開く蓋は、作業効率を高めます。ちょっと小さめですが、手に持って使うにはちょうど良いサイズだと思います。 ⚪︎カンダのキッチン手袋 グレー＆ネイビー 軍手のようですが、綿二重に仕立ててあるキッチン手袋です。5本指仕様になっており、指の長さを短めにしてあるため、中で指が泳ぐようなこともなくしっかり握ることができます。オーブンの出し入れも、手首まで隠れるちょうどよい長さのため 取っ手が外せるって、本当に便利なの？と敬遠していましたが、取っ手があるって確かに邪魔なのです。きれいに入れ子にしまえるってやはり魅力的、スペースが少ない一人暮らしのキッチンなどは、やっぱり強い味方なのかも。それにこちらのアルミ鍋はツチキリの推し＜打ち出し厚板雪平鍋 目盛付き＞と同じ厚さ3mm! 保温力もあり、とてもしっかりした作りです。ヤットコも縦に持ち上げるのだとばっかり思っていましたが、すぅーっと横に持ち上げられる。握力のない方には不向きですが、若い人に是非使って頂きたいヤットコ鍋です。かっこいいし！ ⚪︎NEW きちんと大さじカップ 調味液を注ぎ足して計量するカップです。大さじ1～9と15～135mlの目盛付き。そのままどんどん混ぜて使えるから便利ですね。フチは水が入らない衛生的なつくりになっています。食器洗浄機OK！ ⚪︎グレーターミニ 小さくて厚みのないフラットなグレーター。店頭で人気ですが、インスタ初登場。とにかくこのサイズ感が可愛いのですよ。イタリアのグレーターですから、ナツメグやナッツなど小さなものを下ろすのに重宝します。ショウガもおろせますよ。 ⚪︎HANAKO抗菌D型カッティングボード BK 手前で切って奥によせて置ける、効率的な形が人気のまな板です。こちらもインスタ初登場！ゴムのように弾力性があり、傷が付きにくく、抗菌剤が練り込まれているので、菌の繁殖を抑え衛生的にお使いいただけます。壁に立て掛けやすく安定感があります。合成ゴム「エラストマー樹脂」は刃当たりが柔らかで水の弾きがよく、乾きも早いです。まな板が反ってしまったりせず、半永久的な抗菌効果で末永く使えます。耐熱温度130℃で食器洗浄機、煮沸消毒、熱湯消毒も可能です。
