前田さんのカッティングボードは、「取っ手」が特徴的です。 少し長めで、何の飾り気もない持ち手なのですが、丸棒のようになっているのでサッと掴めます。 そして触ってみないとわからないのですが、持った時に滑らないように、細かくノミで彫ってあるのです。 丸みのある断面も同じように面取りがしてあり、木の硬い表情を柔らかな印象にしています。 もちろん持った時も触り心地がいい！ ツチキリに来てくださるお客様が何人かいらっしゃいます。今年も「スツールはありますか？」とご質問いただいております。今回はだいどこスツールの他に「畳ずりスツール」のナラがあるようですよ。こちらは座面が広いのでゆったりと座りやすく、人気があります。そして畳やカーペットが傷ついたり、跡がついたりしにくいように、畳ずりをつけて接地面を広くし、さらにクロスさせることで360°どの方向にも引っかかりにくく、スーッと滑らせることができるように作ったそうです。実際に座ってみると気持ちよさに驚きます、ぜひ体感してみてくださいね。 でちょうどよいサイズが揃いました。液だれしませんし、キレイに使えます。小さな注ぎ口は、空気が侵入しにくいので酸化を防ぎ、また少しずつ必要な量を出せるのでとても使いやすいです。ワンタッチで開く蓋は、キッチンでの作業をスピーディーにします。 ⚪︎ソルト＆シュガージャー 300ml 砂糖、顆粒調味料などワンタッチで開く蓋は、作業効率を高めます。ちょっと小さめですが、手に持って使うにはちょうど良いサイズだと思います。 ⚪︎カンダのキッチン手袋 グレー＆ネイビー 軍手のようですが、綿二重に仕立ててあるキッチン手袋です。5本指仕様になっており、指の長さを短めにしてあるため、中で指が泳ぐようなこともなくしっかり握ることができます。オーブンの出し入れも、手首まで隠れるちょうどよい長さのため 取っ手が外せるって、本当に便利なの？と敬遠していましたが、取っ手があるって確かに邪魔なのです。きれいに入れ子にしまえるってやはり魅力的、スペースが少ない一人暮らしのキッチンなどは、やっぱり強い味方なのかも。それにこちらのアルミ鍋はツチキリの推し＜打ち出し厚板雪平鍋 目盛付き＞と同じ厚さ3mm! 保温力もあり、とてもしっかりした作りです。ヤットコも縦に持ち上げるのだとばっかり思っていましたが、すぅーっと横に持ち上げられる。握力のない方には不向きですが、若い人に是非使って頂きたいヤットコ鍋です。かっこいいし！ ⚪︎NEW きちんと大さじカップ 調味液を注ぎ足して計量するカップです。大さじ1～9と15～135mlの目盛付き。そのままどんどん混ぜて使えるから便利ですね。フチは水が入らない衛生的なつくりになっています。食器洗浄機OK！ ⚪︎グレーターミニ 小さくて厚みのないフラットなグレーター。店頭で人気ですが、インスタ初登場。とにかくこのサイズ感が可愛いのですよ。イタリアのグレーターですから、ナツメグやナッツなど小さなものを下ろすのに重宝します。ショウガもおろせますよ。 ⚪︎HANAKO抗菌D型カッティングボード BK 手前で切って奥によせて置ける、効率的な形が人気のまな板です。こちらもインスタ初登場！ゴムのように弾力性があり、傷が付きにくく、抗菌剤が練り込まれているので、菌の繁殖を抑え衛生的にお使いいただけます。壁に立て掛けやすく安定感があります。合成ゴム「エラストマー樹脂」は刃当たりが柔らかで水の弾きがよく、乾きも早いです。まな板が反ってしまったりせず、半永久的な抗菌効果で末永く使えます。耐熱温度130℃で食器洗浄機、煮沸消毒、熱湯消毒も可能です。 「 3月3日はひな祭り 」 ・ おはようございます。 あいにくの雨になってしまいましたが、 ずっと乾燥して土ぼこりが辛かったので お湿りもうれしい東京西の方です。 今日はひな祭りですね、 小さなお子様がいらっしゃるお宅では ご馳走作りに忙しいのではありませんか？ 当日になってしまいましたが、 有田焼の茶碗シリーズをご紹介します。 唐子の文様には家系繁栄の意味があるそうですよ。 1枚目の写真、スーパーのちらし寿司ですが（汗）… 蓋付茶碗によそうとご馳走に見えます。 うさぎの豆皿にお醤油を入れたら （入れ過ぎやん） 女の子は大喜びですね。 茶碗は直径14cmとちょっと大きめです。 ひな祭りは大人になっても楽しみな季節行事です。 大人のお茶漬け茶碗としてもぴったりなサイズですよ。 リッチに鯛茶漬けとかいかがでしょう。 20cmの長角皿は、餃子もピッタリ！ 「 1000投稿目は＜干しかご ＞です」 野菜や果物を干して、ぎゅっと旨みが増した干し野菜にしませんか？ 干した野菜は生野菜よりも栄養価が高いんです。そのうえ水分が抜けるから 量（カサ）が減るのもうれしい。冷蔵庫の野菜室に隙間ができて助かります。 麻布の干し籠もありますが、ステンレス製の「干しかご」というのが洗えるし気持ちいいですね。 蓋が付いているので虫除けもできて安心です。 ザルは食材の量に合わせて枚数を増やすこともできます。最大4枚まで重ねて吊るせますよ。 庭の木に引っ掛けてもよし、家の中でもちょこっと干しもできます。私は以前キャベツを8等分にして干し、かさ減らしをしていました。野菜炒めがぐっとおいしくなるんですよ。キノコもおすすめです。 風通しのいい場所で乾燥させるのがいいですね。 #干し野菜 #干しかご #干ざる #台所 #生活雑貨 #台所道具 #暮らしの道具 「 こどものお茶碗などすこし 」 ・ 毎年この時期になると店頭に並ぶ、 押し寿司の道具。 ちょっとした手間で、ご家庭で簡単に 押し寿司を作ることができるんです。 五ツ切の寿司型や桜やひょうたんの木型、 おいしくて華やかなご馳走ができますね。 初めにお魚を置き（茹で海老や穴子なども）、酢飯をグッグッと詰め、 上から蓋で押さえて締めます。 蓋を取り、横木の溝に合わせて 包丁で切り分ければ、出来上がり。 ・ 「 IH対応の小さなフライパン 」 丸いものが続きます。ツチキリにはIH対応の鉄のフライパンはあるけれど、IH対応のフッ素樹脂加工のフライパンがない！と言われ続けておりました。なので、探しましたぞ！サイズは手軽な18cmと20cmです。ステンレス製の丈夫なワイヤーハンドルで、オーブンにも入れられます。本体はアルミニウム合金 以前からある真ん中の＜ホーム裏ごし＞は、裏ごしの他に 蒸す、ふるうもできて18cm・21cmの鍋に対応している便利な濾し器です。 一番手前は家事問屋さんのヒット商品＜蒸しかご＞ですね。ザルと持つところ（台座）を外すことができますよ。木のセイロ購入の前にまずはちょこっと蒸しをやってみましょう。 入荷情報です！ 欠品していたものが色々入荷しました。 ・ 「 ちょこっと蒸しの道具 新商品その１ 」 ・ 昨日はおちゃ道具ツチキリでのイベント、『ホールスパイスで作る初めてのマサラ ミルク チャイ』 大変な熱気で盛り上がりました。 中に入れなかったお客様もいらしたようで、申し訳ございませんでした。 またこのような機会を作り、チャイ第2弾を楽しんでいただこうと思います。 世の中、蒸籠ブームが続いておりますね。 かっぱ橋商店街では去年の５倍の売り上げだとか。 ツチキリでも入荷してはすぐになくなってしまい、夏も冬も1年中人気商品となっています。 ツチキリで扱うセイロは、手に取りやすいお値段、扱いやすく、消耗品と考えていただいてよいものを扱っています。それでもお手入れや保存方法を考えると ハードルが高い、とおっしゃる方もいらっしゃいます。 そこで木のセイロなしでちょこっと蒸せる道具、新しく入荷した商品をご紹介します。 ＜ザルせいろ＞ お手持ちの鍋やフライパンと組み合わせるだけで、手軽に蒸し料理を楽しめます。深さがあるので雪平鍋などにピッタリです。直径が19cmなので、直径20cm以上の鍋やフライパンならお使いいただけます。脚が2cmと高めなので、必要な水をしっかり張ることができます。根菜や肉など、時間のかかる食材を蒸すときにも安心ですね。そしてつる状の持ち手があるので、簡単に引き上げることができます。
