「パリ左岸のスフレ 紅茶付」 先月の終わり頃名古屋タカシマヤで開催されていた、「フランス展2024~La vie est belle!~」に行って来ました🇫🇷 こちらのスフレが今回イートインのエリアで食べられると知り、正直なところこの為だけに行ったようなものです😆 焼きたてのアーモンドとヘーゼルナッツのプラリネを使用したスフレに、佐藤亮太郎シェフが目の前でキャラメルソースを流し込んてくださいます👏👏👏 今まで食べたスフレの中で一番フワフワの中は少しレアな感じでしたが、香ばしい風味とちょうど良い甘さ加減がすごく美味しかったです。 添えられたブラッドオレンジのソルベが、熱々を食べている口のなかを冷ましてくれて😆、さっぱりもさせてくれるので、結構な大きさのスフレでしたがあっという間に無くなってしまいました🤭 「Lapérouse（ラペルーズ）」のスフレを唯一日本で食べられるのが、鎌倉にあるRégalez-Vous さんだと紹介されていましたが、 そもそもこちらのスフレを知ったきっかけは、名古屋のアムールでここ毎年買っている、LES TROIS CHOCOLATS パティシエ佐野恵美子さんが、 日本に滞在中に行かれたお店をインスタに載せていて、その中にこちらのスフレが載っているのを見て思わず「こんな本格的なスフレを食べられるとコラがあるなんて～」 みたいなコメントを書いたら、なんと佐藤シェフからそのコメントにいいねを頂いてビックリしたことがありました。 その後たまたま昨年のフランス展に出展されることを知って、ちょうど寄ることが出来たので並んでいくつか買って食べる事も出来ました🥐 今年もたまたま名古屋に行くタイミングでフランス展があり、しかも鎌倉まで行かなくてもスフレが食べられると知りホントにラッキーでした✨️😍 スフレは手間と時間がかかるので、なかなか食べられるお店がなくて、以前はわざわざ京都の六盛まで友達と食べに行ったこともありましたが、 2回目に行ったときは、六盛の料亭の一部にカフェコーナが移転していて、とても混む上に何だか回転が悪く長時間待たされてバタバタしながら急いで食べて、 新幹線に飛び乗らなくてはいけなくなったと言う嫌な思い出が…😅 今回のようなスフレなら、またいつか食べてみたいです😊🎶 . 何を作ろうかと思いながら、先ずは定番の、イベリコ豚でアスパラガスを巻いてみました👍 瑞々しくて良い意味での青くささがあって、イベリコ豚の風味に負けないアスパラの香りが感じられて美味しかったです😋 その時一緒にシンプルに茹でたアスパラを、青いにんにくラー油、カレー塩、ピンク岩塩&粗びき黒胡椒手食べ比べ🎶 アスパラが新鮮なのでシンプルな味付けでも十分に美味しく頂きました👏👏 2つ目は、アスパラのお洒落料理と検索したら出てきた「餃子の皮でベーコンアスパラチーズ巻き」です😉 レシピでは、完全に餃子の皮で包んではいなくてオープンになったまま揚げ焼きみたいだったのですが、作ってみた方がチーズが出てしまうので包んだと書いてあったので、 私も全部包んでみました。ただしアスパラガス大きくてギリギリ包める感じだったので破れそうになったこと、スライスチーズしかなくてしかも焼いてみたら、 皮が十分に焼けていないところがあって、ちょっと皮が固かったところがあったので揚げた方が良かったかなぁ？と思いました。 チーズも存在感がなくなっていて、とろけるチーズを少し多めに使った方が良かったかなぁ？と思いました。でも美味しかったです😋👍 最後は昨年も作った「海老とアスパラのパスタ」🍝 アスパラをたっぷり使えて、こちらもアスパラの香りも効いて美味しかったです😋 一枚目の写真ですが、御守の種類が書かれた幕には載ってなかったので今まで気付かなかったのですが、支払いを済ませた後でふと奥に「開運木鈴 こだま」と書かれた文字が見えて、 何あれ⁉️と思いながら検索したら、境内のどこかで自然に倒れた御神木の楠を使った木鈴と分かり並び直して買いました🎵 以前買ったことのある「やわらぎの鈴」は、水琴鈴なので繊細な音色でしたが、こちらは木鈴なので音は少し低いものですが、 楠を使っているので封を開けたときに凄く木の香りが広がりました。香りのせいか境内の木だからか、なにか神聖な感じがしました🤲 こんなに長い道のりだったっけ！？なんて思いながら、道中「猪目🤍」を探しながらなんとか本殿に近づいたら外国人観光客の多さにビックリ‼️ 日本語がほぼ聞こえない🙄 正しいお参り方でする人、鳥居を潜る時に頭を下げる人、御守を並んで購入する人、コロナ前はここまでな風景ではなくて😱☀️ 今回は、『ミニトートバッグ』👜 久々の作ってみたシリーズは、「０からはじめるやさしい手縫いの革小物」の中からこのバックを作ってみました 普段東急ハンズなどでセールがあった際に買っておいた革の中から、以前の投稿にも載せたコインケースやミニ財布にも使った事のあるこの型押しの革が一番柔らかいものだったので、 本の中で使われている革とは質も厚みも雰囲気も違いますが、先ずはプロセスを学ぶと言うことで作ってみました🎶 布バッグを作ったときの事を思うと、革製のバッグは縫い代がないのでとても作りやすかったです😃 どちらにも共通しているのは、とにかくきちんと型を取ることです✏️📐 きちんと左右対称に取ったつもりでしたが、今回も微調整が必要でした。布の時の方がまだごまかせますが、革の場合は隠すにも限界が😅
