空の色をしているのは、最近竜の姿をした雲をよく見るから。雲は空の色を拾うので、朝焼けの桃色と、薄明の空色。 朝練はずっと絵だったのですが、去年の暮れから彫刻も加わって、朝はその日に彫りたいものに出逢った日はそれを彫ろうときめました。 初日の出を見に行っていつものお散歩道、虎模様の美しいネズミさんが、また天国へ登っていました。驚くほど生きた表情だったので、まだたましいがいたのかも。 神さまは、書き初めならぬ彫り初めをこの子で、と私に授けてくれたのかもと思って、朝9時からコツコツ彫ってこの時間。今日彫る子は今日与えられる、こんな不思議な事が最近では日常になってきて、ここまできたらこの天命を全うしようと思うばかりです。 流れ星を見た時に、流れ星って竜の方舟なんじゃないかと思って、 生命や願いや祈りを背に乗せて、次元を上昇していくような。 今年、丹波竜というおおきな竜を彫らせてもらい、竜ヶ岳という山に登り、その山頂でものすごく突風が吹いて、だけど本当にそれが気持ちよくて、竜が来てくれたんじゃないかと。 そして、半年一緒に暮らした小さなネズミ、カジくんが巣にしていたメモは、遊びで描いていた小さな竜の絵で。 今までは現実の生き物たちを見えたままに彫っていたけれど、これからは眼の裏に浮かんだイメージを形にする事も恐れずやってみようと決めました。 目に見えるものも、目に見えないものも、どちらも尊く生きて調和しているこの世界を、これからも臆することなく再現していけたらなと。 夏の終わりからアトリエに小さな物音がするようになって、どうやら小さなネズミさんのようす。 私は生き物はみな好きなので、どうにか共生できないものかとキッチンにフィナンシェをおいてみました。 そしたら翌朝カジってあって。決められたものだけを食べてくれるなら何も問題ないと思って、毎日お掃除すればいいし。（わたしは、おかげでストックを減らし、ピカピカにお掃除ができる人間になりました） カヤネズミのカジくんとの暮らしが始まって私はスコーンを焼いたりカジくんの姿を見たり、仲良く暮らしていて、11月のアトリエの大掃除の日、私の引き出しの一番下にカジくんの巣があることを発見して、中でカジって集めていたのは、私が無くしてしまった亡くなった親友のために描いたペン画の原画をデザインに使用したメモパットでした。 少し前の投稿でも、そのペン画のことや、そのペン画を描き直したことはふれてあります。 なんでこんな幻の無くした原画のメモパッドが存在するのか、、そしてふと思い出したのが、ある仲良しの会社さんに原画をお預けしているままじゃないかと。 すぐ連絡を取ると、翌日持ってきてくれるとのこと、金庫に大切に保管していただいてたらしく、20年前の全ての原画がみつかりました。 カジくんのおかげ。。 そして原画の出てきた次の日、キッチンにカジくんが天国へ行った姿で私の前に現れました。ニコニコ笑顔で、私はその日は泣いて泣いて、子供のように泣きながら小さなカジくんの彫刻をつくりました。 全部本当のはなし。 小さなネズミが見つけてくれた、72枚のペン画の原画を、
