  • わたしの無謀な挑戦。ホノルルフルマラソン２回目。 自己記録は更新の39.95kmできたものの、2年連続途中でリタイア。ウーバー呼んで帰るという失態です。 時系列で投稿してるのですが、最初の浮かれ具合から一点し、最後はゾンビになってしまいまして、リタイア後、熱、そして貧血で倒れるという😅 息子はしっかり10K完走できました🥳 登録してなかったので、メダルはもらえませんでしたが、本当に頑張った！ そして、今回唯一一緒に走って後押ししてくれた仲間たちがいなけば、ここまで出来なかった。 彼らにとてつもない感謝を🙏 次回は10Kにしよう😂🩷 完走、参加されたみなさまおつかれさまでした！！ ボランティア、開催会社さま、みなさまこんな機会をありがとうございました！！ My reckless challenge — my second time running the Honolulu Marathon. I made it to 39.95 km and even set a personal record, but for the second year in a row, I had to retire before the finish. Calling an Uber to get home… not my proudest moment 😅 I’ve been posting in chronological order, and you can clearly see the transition—from being overly excited at the start to turning into a total zombie by the end. After retiring, I ended up with a fever and collapsed from anemia 😅 On the bright side, my son successfully completed the 10K 🥳 He wasn’t officially registered, so no medal this time, but he truly did an amazing job! And honestly, I wouldn’t have made it this far without the friends who ran alongside me and kept pushing me forward. I’m incredibly grateful to them 🙏 Next time… I’ll stick to the 10K 😂🩷 Thank you to all the volunteers and sponsors and JAL for making this great event possible!! @hidesakurai @sugiuraryoichi

  • 来月14歳になる娘と初めて一緒にお誕生日を過ごせないので、今日はすごく寂しくなっちゃって😭が溢れてしまいました。 泣いていたら、ママ話したい事あったら話聞くよーと大きなハグして声をかけてくれた可愛い優しい娘😭🩷 毎年毎年子供たちのお誕生日は一緒でしたが、歳が大きくなるにつれて、『最後』の事柄が増えてきますね。 一緒に寝てくれてた『最後』の日。 車で寝てしまって抱っこしてベッドに連れていった『最後』の日。 お手てをつないで外をお散歩した、『最後』の日。 今日が『最後』かもと想っていたらどんなにもっと大切にしていたでしょう。 とはいえ、まだまだ遅くないので残りの時間を大切に丁寧に🤍 My daughter turns 14 next month, and this will be our first birthday apart. I didn’t expect it to hit me this hard today… but the tears😭 As kids grow up, we start to notice all the little “last times.” The last night she slept next to me. The last time I carried her from the car to her bed. The last time we held hands on a walk. If I had known those were the “lasts,” I would’ve cherished every moment even better.   • 子供たちがみんな小さかったころ、 メイクもヘアをセットする時間もなくボサボサで、子供たちが寝た後1番集中できるから、寝る時間を削ってお仕事して、朝からフルパワーで突進してくる子供たちとの生活に、精神状態もよくなかったわたしをそっと助けてくれたお友達がいました。 ご飯を買ってきたよと外に置いてくれていたり。 まだご飯食べてないなら、食べにおいで。 子供たち、うちで遊ばせとくから、仕事してきちゃって。 など、 当時は子供たちを可愛いと想える余裕もなく、常に怒りっぽかった私。 お友達が居てくれたから、まだ保たれていた自分がいて、今がある😌 よくよく考えてみるとお友達に本当に恵まれていて、 落ち込んだとき、立ち直るまで側にいてくれたみんな。 感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです🥰 When my kids were little, I was exhausted, messy, overwhelmed, and constantly angry. I worked late at night because it was the only quiet time I had, and my mental state wasn’t great. But I had friends who quietly helped me through it🥹 dropping off food, inviting me over to eat, watching my kids so I could work.   • とうとう12月！！久々のオフデー、携帯もオフ📱ビーチで読書をして、ボケーっと海に浮かぶカタマランを眺めたり、ダイヤモンドヘッドに見守られて、自然の中に身を置いて、パワーチャージしながら、アサイボール食べて、なにもかも一旦おやすみしてました。とはいえ3時間ほどだけ😝 不動産のお仕事始まってからは携帯が土日でもいつでも鳴り止まず、できるだけ早い返事を心がけて、でもタイミング見つけて休んでます😌✨むかしは苦手だったことが苦にならず、出来るようになった、ありがたいこと。 一年中あったかい太陽が顔を出して、風が少しほてった肌をなだめてくれるハワイ流の贅沢。 残り少ない今年を丁寧に、毎日感謝の気持ちを一杯にして、近くにいる子供たち、パートナー、友人、出逢う人に、良いインパクトを与えられるように生きていきたい🙏 みんなも12月やりたい事、やっておいた方がいいこと、会いたい人にあったり、連絡したかった人にしてみたり、一歩進んで行けますように！ Can’t believe it’s already December. Time flies. My weekend flies like a blink of an eye. Today was so relaxing I got to chill at the beach doing literally nothing for 2 hrs. Just breathe and took in the beauty of Hawaii so I got to recharge. My phone keeps getting notifications or calls that I need to constantly using my phone. Sometime I just have to force myself not to for a while. Of course getting back asap is my motto but sometimes I need my me time. My focus on this months is very simple. Live every second of my life to the fullest✨ I hope you all do too!

  • 末っ子を寝かしつけてる時に、ふと永遠に続くかと思えた子育て全盛期、寝不足でゾンビみたいになって、軽く育児ノイローゼで子供に当たりちらし、叩くことがクセになってしまった時期もあったり、家事もまともに出来なかった頃の私に🥹 今は子供たちが17、13、11歳になって、逆に抱っこしたくても出来なくて、一緒にご飯食べたくてもバイトで居ない、おてて繋いで歩きたくてもさせてくれなくなって、まとわりついてきてくれた可愛いくて大変すぎて目まぐるしくて息をつく暇もないような時期は過ぎ去った。 10歳くらいまでで一生分の幸せをくれて、ママ孝行をしてくれた、3人の可愛すぎる子供たち🙏 願いは一つ、ただただ元気で幸せに生きていってほしい😌 そして今子育て真っ最中のお母さん、お父さん、『今だけ』の可愛さ、うっとおしさを楽しんでね🩷 While I was putting my youngest to sleep, I recalled those years when parenting felt like it would last forever. The days when I couldn’t sleep and exhausted, overwhelmed, mild postpartum, frustrated with my kids, even had bad habit of hitting them….and the time when I couldn’t even keep up with basic housework. 🥹 Now my kids are 17, 13, and 11. I can’t hug them even if I want to. I want to eat dinner together, because they’re out working or with friends. I want to hold their hands when we walk, but they won’t let me anymore. Those sweet, clingy, adorable days are gone. By the time they are around 10, they had already given me enough happiness for a lifetime. My three precious babies gave me more love than I ever deserved. My only wish now is simple. that they live healthy, happy lives. 😌 To every mom and dad in the middle of parenting right now please cherish every moment. The cuteness, the chaos, the clinginess… it’s all “just for now.” Enjoy every bit of it🩷
