After almost 1 year of what I can only call “burnout recovery” I still struggle with finding joy in my job/hobby, drawing. Sometimes it’s so difficult to even have the desire to pick up the pen and start creating. 🌊 Some other days I can start drawing with a lot of motivation, but then I find myself having a full anxiety attack in the middle of a painting session. 🥺 A big hug to whoever is going through the same painful recovery process ✨💫 we can do it!
