#地元の先輩 #バスケット 普段僕は人へ指導させてもらう立場で人生を生かさせていただいているから 余計気をつけているし、本当に思うことなんだけれど 人の上に立ったり、閉鎖された環境の中で1番だったり、先生と呼ばれる立場になったり、自分の小さい王国を作ってしまうと よほど気をつけない限り成長は止まっていく。 これは満足感からなのか 様々な理由があるとは思うけれど 基本的には人間は中途半端に承認されたり満たされると、その瞬間から僕は「取り残された過去の人になってしまう」と思っていて 人に褒められてもそれは一感想として受け止める 人に承認されても自分が自分自身を承認出来るのか振り返る 人に褒められても人から承知されてもそれはあくまでも嬉しいなどの感情論の話で「根本の事実」はいくら口を動かしても変わらない。 決して手前味噌にならないように 1日の終わりは必ず、「初心へ振り返る」 迷った時も、これを基準に行動する エージェントや先輩や家族やクライアント様からもチェックをもらい成長をする環境を作るように心がけているし、 今日も1日指導をしていた中で 自分が謙虚であったのか、人に手を差し伸べられたのか、感謝を持たれる人間であったのか、 1番は「一所懸命に妥協なくやったのか」これを常に振り返りながら考えている。 #pumajapan 今迄選手や社長も含めて掲げた目標は最初笑われるようなどんな事も到達し達成してきた。 プレーを見て、メニューを作り、作り直して、コート以外の時間でたくさんのプライベートを削り、理学療法士や治療家に話を聞きに遠くまで行き、言葉や伝えるフィーリングの部分など細かく考えて常に最適解を、ストレスなく全力を出せるように、パフォーマンス以外の全ての環境を整えてくれるチーム。兼任する経営者の傍ら、プレーだけではなく仕事や指導へと移動に費やす時間も多く無添加の求める理想の栄養素と消化と吸収率がベストの捕食。環境選ばすあらゆる場所で的確にケアとリハビリが出来るように用意してくださる機械やツール。移動時にそれらがオンオフが悪い方向へ途切れないように理学的効果を体に与えてくれるギア。パフォーマンスが上がりシューズの中で踏み込む位置が変わってきて足が動くと言えばすぐに最適な状況に変えてくれるインソール。 苛つくし、声をかけてくれるチームへ100%で帯同してパフォーマンス出来ていない自分への腹立たしい気持ちが大きい。 「自分の中の微細なズレを無くしたい‥」 このストレスは寝ていてもご飯を食べていても24時間常に頭と体を蝕んでくる 昨日痛みをなくすルーティンの話が出た。どれをすれば頭のブロックが無くなるのか、アメリカでずっと待たしている友へ早くトップパフォーマンスを引っ下げて会いに行きたい。 🐶 Athena＆Nike 東京、神奈川、静岡、大阪、韓国、アメリカ、仕事が終われば次、次、と移動する毎日でルーティンのようにその場に行きオンライン、オフラインで仕事をする。 当然無理なスケジュールだから体調を崩す事は頻繁にあって 善き人や善き時間を過ごす事もあれば 人とのストレスや物差しの小さい、分をわきまえない者やテイカーとの遭遇は少なくない。 またこれから紹介していきますが メーカーや会社のサポート、サービス、栄養食品、機能食品の会社の提供たくさんの有り難い想いのある応援とご縁で活動が出来ています。 順風満帆に見える裏側の悩みや苦しみは本人にしかわかりえない部分があります 疲れ果てて家に帰ると深夜早朝問わず何十分も顔を舐め続けて足元から離れない「純粋な存在」にいつも頑張らなきゃな。と思わされます。 僕自身今やって良かったと思う事があってSNSは仕事での投稿以外極力見ない開かないようにしています。 ある時すごく体調を崩し寝込んだ時期があり、わかった事が 「大した情報も捉われる時間ほど自分には身になるものがない」 でした。 それよりしっかり目の前にあるものと時間に感謝をして、近くにいる人に有り難さを思って時間を過ごして、自分に向き合い時間を有効に使い次の日に全力で取り組めるように準備をする。 外を見れば桜が満開でしたし、雲一つない晴天に綺麗だなぁ‥と思ったのはいつぶりだったのかな、と思いました。 とても原始的で、でもリアルの自分へ出来ていなかった当たり前の事ですね。 携帯電話を手元に置かないようにしましたし 人との縁も見直して色々と在り方を変えたタイミングでもあります。大切な人達といる時間を大事にする為に考え方を変えたらとても道理や理屈がスムーズになりました。 きっとそれで離れる人は元々自分から奪うだけの人だったって事ですから それは僕だけに当てはまる事ではなくて、きっとたくさんの人に当てはまることだと思ったので書きました。 アテナとニケがいつまでもリードしていなくても僕から離れたくないと思ってくれる人間でありパパでいるように頑張るよ！とお散歩で伝えながら歩きました。
