Did you know that baby’s saliva communicate with your breast so it can produce exactly right amount of vitamins and nutrients that your baby needs everyday and it is also different depending on time of a day. For example at night the level of melatonin in your milk is higher so baby can sleep better. I hope I can breastfeed as long as my body lets me so I can boost Iris’s immune system! No naked ass on IG, no tequila shots on Monday nights 😜 Organic little flower lol I barely drunk alcohol, maybe once or twice a year. People around me often say I have a crazy life but do I, really? It depends on what you compare it to I guess! I think I never set even 30% of my madness free! One of the things - I always thought if one day someone will come around and hit my head hard enough to think that I want to have a child 😳 my body has to be as healthy as possible to make a healthy baby! So I’ve been a little bit too extra when it comes to food or the amount and quality of sleep or the sun exposure or quality of people around or how stoic I have to be towards anything and everything and everybody etc. It actually was pretty stressful here and there so I ended up having bulimia at some point for a few years. But this post is not about that ! This post is about ME NOW who lets herself do whatever she wants! 💃🏼🫦 I need to set a hundred percent of my madness free! It’s gonna be a long run tho. Thank God and Me and ofcourse our Daddy ( thanks to me again to picking a good daddy lol you’ve got to give yourself some credits after all ) my babygirl was born without any complications, full term, all healthy and breastfed as planned !!! Now I feel like I can do whatever! I am a mother now and I feel so powerful like a Russian bear mama ! I’ll do whatever it takes for my babygirl to be happy and I believe she will be happy if I am happy! First of all I’m going to show her by my example that being a mother is not a sacrifice, it’s a joy ! So she can learn from very young age that it’s fun to be a women, you don’t have to let anyone or any social expectations ruin that! I felt their sour energy and thought I’d never want to be like that! If you’re forever tired and not happy, goddamn, DO something, change it. It’s your life. I thought I’d rather die than live like that. I have always been an extremely “black and white” person. Years passed by, and I found myself being exactly the same adult. Now I’m thinking, why am I doing something that is not making me happy and keep complaining about it? I keep making myself angrier, making myself a victim of a situation, and can’t get out of that loop. How pathetic. Actually, I found an answer. Whatever we tolerate and feel comfortable with, even if we still complain about it, in some way benefits us, and we’re not ready to give up those benefits. Deep down, we like it. It’s comfy. So whatever is there you think you don’t like, but it keeps constantly repeating itself. Put “I like when...( insert complaint )” because if I don’t have it, I will... ( benefits ) It’s hard to admit that you might actually like something that you’ve been thinking you hate. But this exercise helps change your thoughts patterns and then reality changes as well. The right moisture is everything!2024/06/27に公開0.01%-14成長は恐怖の中にある！ 恐怖から必死に走ってしまう人もいれば怖くて立ち止まってしまう人もいます。どちらも成功するにも幸せを目指すにも効率良くないと思います。 なぜなら必死に走ってる時は冷静で考えないし心の声も聞こえないので自分が走りたかった場所に向かって走ってるかどうか不明！ 結果は自分の夢から離れて走り回ってるかもしれない。 立ち止まる事も何も変わらない、ずっと動かずにいるとどんどん不幸になるし自分が勇気出せなくて何もできないと自信も減ってく！ 1番安全な場所は竜巻のど真ん中だ！ なので怖くてもやりたい事を勇気出してやろうぜ！ 考えすぎずに早くやれば時間も無駄にしないし、勇気も自分自身も減っていかない！ 例: 私はロスで運転するのがマジで怖い！赤ちゃんがいるから！でもきっとこの恐怖の中に入ったら色んな景色を見えるようになります！選択肢が一気に増えます！ロスでは全てがすごく離れてるので運転しないと不便です。 前は妊娠中に飛行機に乗る事とか、アメリカ入国できるかどうか、アレコレも不安な事たくさんあったけどやってみたら意外とそんなに怖くないし、早くできて幸せ！ Just as the eye of a hurricane or the center of a tornado represents a calm space surrounded by chaos, facing your fears head-on can create a place of clarity and strength.
