仰向けに寝てお尻を持ち上げる時に【脚】で踏ん張って持ち上げると太ももの前や外側、モモ裏の膝近くが使われます。 これだと歩いた時に疲れやすくなる体の使い方になります⚠️ 骨盤、背骨を丸める動きからお尻を持ち上げるとモモの内側とお尻、お尻に近いモモ裏が使えてきます。 ここが使えると歩いても疲れにくい体が出来上がります👌 横向きに寝た姿勢の動き この動きは腰が反っているとお尻ではなくモモの外側や股関節の付け根に詰まり感が出てきます。 股関節がクルクル動き、お尻とモモ裏の境目辺りが軽く締まる感覚を意識してください🍑 うつ伏せからの腕立て伏せ 腕や肩の筋肉で体を持ち上げるのではなく、骨盤を丸める意識で床を踏んお尻や下半身全体を持ち上げる意識で行いましょう。 そうすると肩や腕の負担少なくお腹周りや胸周りの体幹部をしっかり使えるようになります👌
