[] (pronounced “ash”), the name has been inspired by its sustainably-minded concept to “use everything up to ashes.” That’s right, SG Group’s newest sustainable cafe bar is a zero-waste concepta first of its kind in Japan. At , you will not find plastic cups, paper towels, or printed receipts. Cocktails will be reimagined from the source, adopting a creative up-cycling of ingredients. Specialty coffee will be served from 10a.m. with cocktails flowing in the afternoon. Our coffee program will be lead by Taka Ishitani, a National Barista Champion with impeccable taste. On lucky days you’ll find him behind the bar making some of the best espressos in the world.
