  • 42歳 1日のルーティン🌈 ①大体朝☀️7〜９時起床 (仕事の時間により⏳変動) ②朝起きたらまず🏠全ての窓を全部開ける ③水を飲む.その後に お酢水を飲む ④毎月定期便の#vamor 1本飲む (2ヶ月目調子良き) ⑤🧘‍♀️寝ていた筋肉を戻すストレッチ.こちらは就寝前も毎日必須 ⑥朝食メニュー考えるの大変なので大体決まった朝食です🥣 (夜はバラバラ) ⑦🏠の掃除必ず掃除機と拭き掃除をします。 大体3〜40分くらいで掃除は終わるようにする。 お掃除が終わったら窓を閉める、その後お香を炊く ⑧出勤前の🛁.その後は必ず🧼 🚿後は大好きなスキンケアに力を貰い丁寧にケアする スッキリして ⑨お仕事へ🏃‍♂️ 夕食は19時までに大体済ませる(about) ⑩18〜21時帰宅🏠帰宅後は1番に自分洗濯🚿🛁 (私のあだ名は🦝ラスカルです🤭何でも洗いますw) 11♡1日の終わり夜は必ず毎日全て洗濯🧺その日着たもの。自宅で使ったバスタオルやキッチンタオル、部屋着、枕タオル、バスマット、トイレタオル、全て。毎日洗濯。その間に次の日のお茶を作る、🫖大体、ルイボスティーかたんぽぽ茶が多い。おやつは いりこと、梅干し、ロイズチョコ、ビーガンバー多め 12♡塩風呂に頭まで浸かり浄化🛁後は必ずお掃除。 名前の如く水を1日に沢山使う。 一人暮らしの水道代半端ないです笑w 13♡次の日の予定をチェックし🕛時までには大体寝る。早い時には21時過ぎには寝てますwww 今日たくさん動いてくれた寝る前の身体への感謝ストレッチは欠かさずに🧘‍♀️💓 #大好きなものに囲まれた暮らしにありがとう #健康寿命を考える #有難うを大切に #今ある幸せに感謝 🖼️の中の様な📸 お気に入りの一枚 photo by megusis
