筋肉作りというのは無くても踊ることは可能です。 ただ、支える、踏ん張る、足を上げる、回る全てに筋肉を使わないと体が振られて踊りづらさがでます。 それに体が振られている状態はエネルギーもかなり使います。 なのでおどっていてしんどいというのは 軸取りをきちんとするだけでもエネルギー消耗がなくなります。 コントラクションは下腹の筋肉をとても使います。 よく丹田に力を入れて立つとかきいたことありませんか？ まさにそこの筋肉になります。 背中をまっすぐにするって体幹トレーニングと同じ筋肉を使います。 背中をまっすぐにする感覚だけではお腹が落ちるのでお腹にもテンションがかかります。 大人子供関係なく 私は踊りに必要な筋肉トレーニングはするようにしています。 #大凪真生 #大人ジャズ #jazzdance #dance #training #reels コントラクションはジャズダンスのクラスならば結構知っている方が多いかなと思いますが 軸が振られるとか軸が落ちるとか(軸が振られるから)大きく動けない、速い動きが鮮明にならないetc このコントラクションのお腹が活用できていない可能性が高いです。 あとはコントラクションを入れると良いところで骨盤が前傾(下腹が抜けている)になってしまう方が多いです。 実際に現役だった時も今教えている時も感じることですが 形はできても使っている感じがしないとか感覚がわからないとか多いかなと思います。 ただコントラクションのお腹使えると 使えているかわからないと言うよりは 必ず踊りやすくなりますし、体が落ちるということ絶対に起こりません😌 今回のポジションは正直あまりコントラクション&リリースがわかりづらいですがゆっくりのエクササイズがこれしか思いつきませんでした。 他のは結構瞬時にポジションを取るものが多いので... 感覚キャッチが難しいかもしれないけど 絶対にできた方がいいエクササイズです😙 #大凪真生 #宝塚音楽学校 #エクササイズ #exercise #jazzdance #dance #コントラクション #reels たまに大人ジャズダンスでもやります🤭 やる理由は体幹強化や上半身の瞬発力を高めるためにします。 一見簡単そうに見えるエクササイズですが この背中をフラットバックの状態にするのは 体の引っ張り方が違うと足と体が90度の状態になりづらいのでお腹で支える感じも重要になります。 4カウントや2カウント間隔は上がったら下がる下がったら上がるの状態なのでしっかり体をコントロールしないと これもすごくお尻のトレーニングになります。 足を高く上げようと思えばお尻の筋肉は必須です。 エクササイズしていた当時はそんなことを知っているはずもなく、知らず知らずのうちに筋肉作りをしていた感じにはなりますが、教えることをしている今は本当にいいトレーニングだったなと思います。 これはバレエでも同じように使えますが バレエは特に上げている足を外旋(外側に回す)させて
