軸が振られるとか軸が落ちるとか(軸が振られるから)大きく動けない、速い動きが鮮明にならないetc このコントラクションのお腹が活用できていない可能性が高いです。 あとはコントラクションを入れると良いところで骨盤が前傾(下腹が抜けている)になってしまう方が多いです。 実際に現役だった時も今教えている時も感じることですが 形はできても使っている感じがしないとか感覚がわからないとか多いかなと思います。 ただコントラクションのお腹使えると 使えているかわからないと言うよりは 必ず踊りやすくなりますし、体が落ちるということ絶対に起こりません😌 今回のポジションは正直あまりコントラクション&リリースがわかりづらいですがゆっくりのエクササイズがこれしか思いつきませんでした。 他のは結構瞬時にポジションを取るものが多いので... 感覚キャッチが難しいかもしれないけど 絶対にできた方がいいエクササイズです😙 たまに大人ジャズダンスでもやります🤭 やる理由は体幹強化や上半身の瞬発力を高めるためにします。 一見簡単そうに見えるエクササイズですが この背中をフラットバックの状態にするのは 体の引っ張り方が違うと足と体が90度の状態になりづらいのでお腹で支える感じも重要になります。 4カウントや2カウント間隔は上がったら下がる下がったら上がるの状態なのでしっかり体をコントロールしないと これもすごくお尻のトレーニングになります。 足を高く上げようと思えばお尻の筋肉は必須です。 エクササイズしていた当時はそんなことを知っているはずもなく、知らず知らずのうちに筋肉作りをしていた感じにはなりますが、教えることをしている今は本当にいいトレーニングだったなと思います。 これはバレエでも同じように使えますが バレエは特に上げている足を外旋(外側に回す)させて 最初はなかなか難しい😓 踵は上がるのに圧は下にかけるという定義 これのメリットは ☆踵の位置がぐらつかないのでルルベアップが安定する ☆ふくらはぎの力を軽減できる ☆足裏のアーチ(土踏まずを上げることができる) 私が実際に体感しているにのはこんな感じ😄 実際は圧をかけるだけなので空気を押す感じにはなりますが空気を押すだとなかなか感覚が掴めないので 最初は実際に何かを踏んだ方がわかりやすいです。 ずっとやっていると足裏アーチができてくるので 感覚でわかるようになります。 (でも感覚を掴めるまでやり続けないと難しいと思います) 昨日はレッスン中にやりましたが やはりこの説明になるとかなり時間かかります💦💦 ただ手順だけ伝えるだけだとなかなか実感できないので 実際に足を触ってフォームを確認すると生徒さんは良さを実感されます。 大人リーナさんの足を触っていて思うのが すごく筋肉が固い(というより自分で固く使っている)です。 力を入れすぎている感じがします。 ただ、じゃあ抜けばいいというわけではなく抜き方があります。 上手く抜けると見え方は同じ(もしくはそれ以上)なのに 筋肉に力を入れすぎていないので楽に感じたりします。 ただただレッスンをこなすことも良いかもしれませんが ストイックな方ほど使い方を習うと良いかと思いますよ。 今はつま先の伸ばし方、アンデオールの仕方、胸椎伸展など項目に特化したセミナーはたくさんあります。 レッスンという形ではありませんが しっかりと使い方を学ぶと後に楽に踊れるようになります。(セミナーを受けるだけでは体に染み込まないので何度も繰り返しは必要です。) もちろんただ踊りたいだけという方にはあてはまらないアドバイスかもしれませんが、私は色々と学んでよかったなと思います。
